Located in Marbella, this holiday apartment offers an exceptional beachfront location. The open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to a charming terrace overlooking the sea and the Paseo Maritimo, creating an ideal setting for dining and relaxing while enjoying the view of the marina entrance.



The 90 m² apartment features a living room equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with terrace and a second bathroom. The modern kitchen, with granite countertops, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



A shared outdoor area, including a pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, is at your disposal. The apartment is ideally located near numerous bars, restaurants, and the picturesque old town.



The building has an elevator, ensuring step-free access. A private, secure parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. An airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra fee. On request, a baby cot and a high chair with cutlery are provided free of charge. Late check-in is possible from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for an extra fee. Beach towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are placed at strategic locations in the common areas.

Perfection at the beach

Check-in was easy and Rupert property manager was an excellent communicator. Apartment was updated and beautiful. Had everything we needed and had the perfect location with an amazing view. Bring a fan or a noise machine. If you are a light sleeper you’re in the middle of all the action so it can get a little noisy with the promenade, especially at night.

Pros: Our trip was pretty much a last minute booking and booking in July is a very busy season for Marbella. Some of the other places we looked at it was so difficult to get a response on the availability. Rupert was very responsive and we were quickly able to book the apartment. Pro's- Very close to the beach and town Very clean Nice size for a family of four Staples were left for us to use...ie toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap They left a bottle of wine and water in the fridge upon our arrival to welcome us. Nice touch Plenty of space for clothes Great view and nice large windows Cons' A little dated with the furniture Kitchen rather small but that is how many kitchens appear to be and it wasn't advertised as larger so that's fine The mosquito's were bad so we had to close all the windows and since there were no screens we had to use the air conditioning. Would have been nice to leave open and feel the breeze Loud at night as you are so close to the board walk and it's lively at night..again some people may not mind and its not too bad if you close the windows My biggest con would be that the advertisement showed a sunny balcony which I was looking forward to. We travelled in July so maybe in the winter the sun lies differently but we had no sun at all as the roof of the balcony blocked the sun, pretty much all day. I tiny corner had some sun for a an hour maybe.
