From the living and dining area, you can access a furnished open terrace, perfect for socializing and dining outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a washing machine and dryer. The flat features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main bedroom offering an ensuite bathroom.
