Booking Policies:

Dog Policy:
Sea Watch welcomes one dog under 50 lbs for a non-refundable $250 pet fee, which is not included in the initial booking charges. Larger non-shedding breeds may be considered with prior approval. If you're not traveling with a dog, just let us know and we’ll remove the charge. The Florida Keys offer plenty of dog-friendly attractions nearby, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center.

Minimum Stay:
A 7-night minimum stay is required by City of Marathon regulations, with no exceptions. The city also dictates the maximum occupancy, which includes adults, children, and infants and cannot be exceeded.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a strict 60-day cancellation policy.
– Cancellations made 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees.
– Cancellations made within 60 days will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the property for the same time frame. If rebooked, a full refund will be provided (minus processing and admin fees). If we are unable to rebook, the deposit is non-refundable.

Contract:
After your booking is confirmed by our office, we will email you a rental agreement via Adobe E-Sign for signature. Once signed, it will be automatically returned to us.

Payment Options:
The total reservation cost includes credit card processing fees by default. If you'd prefer to pay by check or EFT bank transfer, we are happy to waive those fees. Just let us know your preferred payment method.
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express adds an additional 0.99% fee
