"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, and everything was great. However, I was a little disappointed with the late check-out policy. I noticed that many rooms appeared to be unoccupied, so I asked if I could stay just one extra hour. Unfortunately, I was told that it wasn’t possible. I found this quite strange, especially since the hotel didn’t seem to be fully booked. I believe a little more flexibility in situations like this would make a big difference in the guest experience."
