"My wife and I have stayed at Banana Bay annually for the last twenty-five years, and after trying a more upscale property, we decided to return to Banana Bay this July to celebrate our 58th wedding anniversary, and reserved a room with a balcony overlooking the Marina and Gulf. At check-in we had only one available room choice; with a parking lot view and no balcony. To say we were greatly disappointed, is an understatement. That said, the front desk was able to secure our favorite room upon it being available the next day, and we had a memorable vacation enjoying our balcony and view of the Marina and Gulf for a 26th time."
