Relax on the large deck, take in open water views or use the 35-ft deep-water dock (can accommodate boats up to 12-ft draft) that delivers you to the ocean in seconds! Under the home is a storage room with bait freezer, commercial ice maker and a shaded area under the large deck for when you've had enough sun.



Within walking distance to Isla Bella Resort, 7 Mile Bridge and Sunset Grille & Raw Bar— where you can enjoy their oceanfront pool, tiki bar, sunsets and waterfront dining.
