"Upon entering the room, I noticed that the overhead light was not functioning. This was further compounded by the lamp's lightbulb being non operational, resulting in inadequate lighting and difficulty getting ready. I contacted the front desk, who sent a repair technician. However, the lamp was found to be broken and remained nonfunctional despite the installation of a new lightbulb. The technician also indicated that there was no available solution for the overhead light at this time. Additionally, I noticed several small ants in the bathroom, including in the trash bin, around the toilet, and along the edge of the bathtub. If I weren’t concerned about the functionality of the room and pests, I would stay again. It was a quite cute and cozy hotel. With everything that happened, I will not be staying again at the current price point."

"Great location. Parking availability was an un anticipated need and they have parking available for a reasonable rate. The room was very clean. The sheets were excellent in quality/comfort. I stayed on the lower level of the Garrison Street location. The heated bathroom floor was amazing.Felt like there are a lot of minor maintenance issues that needed attention, which is why I didn’t give an “excellent”review. I didn’t feel like it was enough space for two people. So I wouldn’t come back if I had a partner in tow. I couldn’t figure out how to work the conduct conduction stove top. But that was probably user error. But everything else was great. I’d come back if I was coming alone."

"Omni Parker House was a short walk from all of Boston’s major attractions and overall in a great location. The hotel staff was very friendly and kept that composure when they assured us that it was no big deal when we forgot our sunglasses in our car and needed the valet to go get it for us. The doorman, whose name we unfortunately did not catch, greeted us with a smile every time we walked in and out of the building. As for our room, it was clean and had a working AC unit which was crucial for us because it was very hot during our stay. Each day, the beds were nicely made and fresh towels were provided. We did not get the chance to eat at Parker’s restaurant or enjoy a drink at the bar, but we heard that both were nice and the Boston cream pies were to die for! "
