For the price this is a very nice hotel, we are at the end of just over two weeks of travel around Mexico. This hotel came in second of 4 hotels we stayed at. More maintenance and paint and it could charge twice as much!

We found hairs in the linens, room was not that cleaned. Restroom smelled and a/c did not work.

A/c didn’t work well. Ceiling fan didn’t work. Pillows and beds were terrible. We asked if there was anything that could be done or if we could cancel and they refused to allow that. Never again.

Needs some updating.
Unfortunately the pictures don't reflect the poor state of the hotel currently. It is grubby, the pool was unuseable with so many people in it and it wasn't cleaned the entire duration that we stayed. The bed was a rock and there is no wifi on the second floor. I imagine it is a budget friendly hotel for families with lots of children, but not suited to couples or singles. The staff were nice, but not overly friendly.

very outdated linens
Linens were stained, I asked for clean sheets and the front desk folk just changed me to another room( he was nice enough)that was worst. Towels were stained too. Hotel needs to throw away this kind of stuff is disgusting. Even if you paid for a standard room this is just not acceptable. Didn't have a choice arrive at midnight and need it to rest for the night, I slept on top of the stained towels that look better than the sheets. Housekeeping manager needs to put attention on this.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. There is no elevator and lots of stairs. The room was comfortable but could use updating. There is a bar/restaurant right next door that plays live music till 5am Friday-Saturday. So if u have children or need ur sleep, u may consider a room farthest from restaurant building. The location was ideal. Very close to la Audencia beach, Restaurants, nightclubs and casinos on the same street. The restaurant in the hotel was comfortable and the service was superb. The buffet offered variety of foods. The ac in room worked great.

A nice stay in Manzanillo
A good stay, the room was clean, the service was good, the only drawback was the bed, it was too hard. The pool was very nice, there wasn't much too do close to the hotel but the buses were very convenient. The restaurant was good.

The staff impressed me a lot. The menu of the restaurant was all in Spanish and since I don't know what some words meant the Manager sat down with us and took the time to explain. I also learned that this hotel is under new management since beginning of February 2019. Future pla ns is to translate the menu in English in due course.

20 plus Year Mexican resident travellers
The check-in was okay but we were informed that we could not have a second room key for our adult daughter as only one key could be issued per room. No potable water supplied by the hotel. 135 TV channels and not one in English. The room was sparsely furnished with 2 beds, 2 night tables, a small kitchen table and 2 kitchen chairs. Maid service was acceptable and the room was properly cleaned. Internet was a great inconvenience as it was only in the hotel lobby and nothing in the rooms. Early morning and late afternoons we found the lighting to be poor or non-existent for using lobby WiFi. The hotel offered very little other than a place to sleep without the little extras generally available in most budget hotels. Suggest you spend a few dollars more and often get a whole lot more.

Road trip stopover
Just a stopover on a road trip. Quiet room overlooking the pool. King size bed. We slept well. Underground parking. Convenient location. The breakfast in the restaurant surpassed our expectations. Eggsbenny were fantastic. Good for a one or two night stay.

Agradable pero le falta mantenimiento
Es un buen lugar pero falta mas atención a detalles. En el área de alberca hay plaga de mosquitos lo cual se vuelve muy molesto. Falta un buena fumigada. El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, el equipo ya es viejo. Aparte gotea agua y casi provoca un accidente al levantarnos en la noche porque había un charco de agua.
