"good service but got locked out in the balcony. Door lock not working. Got help from a person on the other room who called for help, but the handyman offered no help just open the door for us . Did not fix it or gave us solutions so that it did not happen again. We decide to use an object to keep the door from closing on us as we enjoyed been out in the balcony. But the rest was very good. Enjoy the smiles of the personal."

"We had an excellent time because of the very professional staff like Eduardo, Luis and everyone else we encountered. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Nice pool. Free parking. Good Mexican style breakfast. I like having a fridge in the room but there was a good ice machine. "

"I did not use the pool. He was often too full. There's a lot of families who go there, especially at Christmas. So the pool was 20-30 people at a time. It was too full and it's a small pool as well. There was a day when there were three dogs in the pool. So I didn't want to go in after I saw that the only other thing was the noise because it's a very Hollow building and with people so many people in the corridors and children screaming and the even the staff at 8:00 in the morning with really loud music while they cleaned it made so that you you couldn't really sleep in so there were some very good things with it, but also a few negatives. They kindly changed my room as well for a balcony with had a view of the beach and made the stay better."
