"Usually when a new resort opens there are gaps in their processes. This was absolutely the exception. "What an absolutely stunning villa in a lovely location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and an easy Uber ride into Alberfiera or up to the local Aldi Supermarket (best value). If you are a fan of Waitrose then you will love the supermarket just around the corner - very expensive but stocks everything you could need. Sells stamps and has a posting box for those requisite postcards home.We were a party of 6 adults and we had a spare twin on the ground floor. (These are all twin beds with en-suites.) We don't think the bedrooms in the basement would have been suitable for adults as there is very little natural light and it smelt musty. One room has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other 2 x singles. We assumed that the settee in the basement and the one in the lounge were both sofa beds but didn't need these obviously. For large parties there is a huge table in the kitchen/dining area and another one round by the patio with plenty of chairs (and 14 sunloungers too!). I'm not sure how well the kitchen would work trying to cater for large numbers as it is quite small and there is just a single oven, hob and microwave - but then we ate out a lot too. The fridge in the kitchen does what it is meant to (its old and has horrid heavy metal pull out trays) but thank fully there is a second one in the garage which is much newer. The pool was fabulous and a welcome relief from the heat. Shady spots as the sun moves round (if you don't like baking in the sun). Lovely."
