The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are both comfortable and prepared for anything that you may need. The bar has the most incredible view of the Tokyo tower and delicious drinks/snacks! Their Chinese restaurant Toh-Lee is also incredible and is a must try! We found our forever hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with their quality of service in all aspects.
