"The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Valetta, with all the major sights within walking distance. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, which made dining out easy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The room was on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. "

"The staff were just Excellent. All of them. They were so helpful and took special care to help my less mobile partner. Breakfast choices were plentiful. The English breakfast was made to order and very well cooked. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Everyone was welcoming and appeared to be happy at work. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the town so it was easy to walk to many of the 'must see' sights. The top floor bar had great views. It was a bit windy when we visited but with the right clothing it was lovely at the end of the day. I would recommend this hotel to any one staying in Valletta. "

"Everything about my stay was wonderful — from the attentive staff to the cleanliness and amenities, as well as the convenient location. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff member Anthony and the cleaning lady Winnie, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "

"Good location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean but the air conditioning was too cold. At night I turned it off due to the chill and the comforter was a heavy winter comforter. Then I got hot and had to turn on AC again. The cycle repeated over and over which left me sleep deprived "
