"A once fabulous hotel started to age. While things are okay, many items could be repaired or updated. Lightbulbs vibrate and hum loudly in the room. One of them was so loud that I could not dare to keep on. Else the carpets in the elevator need replacement. The bath tub ranks in the most slippery category and felt dangerous, the shower curtain refuses to move, and the tub does not drain well. Calls to reception are not being answered and staff is absent during checkout causing 15min delays."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als es meiner Mutter nicht so gut ging und ihr ihr noch einen Tee holte, bekam ich ihn gratis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Einziges Manko das fehlende Telefon im Zimmer. Meine Mutter hat kein Handy und wir hatten je ein Einzelzimmer. Das hatte ein grosses Hin und Her zwischen den Zimmern zu folge. Die Frühstücksauswahl war nicht riesig aber ausreichend. Ich würde sicher wieder dort übernachten."

"We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants. Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine."
