Multiple stays in the past. Solid comfort Hotel with good employees. Rooms are clean, equipped on Standard Level. Breakfast (extra pay) is good, to. Buns, sausages, cheese, eggs available as salad. Fruits, joghurt and cereals are included in the breakfast buffet. Good coffee-machine.

Nice modern and clean property. great access to the Rhein Mall opposite, the tram stop and an eady, safe walk just over the bridge to Mannheim. Ludwigshaven itself is a bit run down but that did not affect us at all. Would recommend.

Basic hotel

A basic hotel hotel in Ludwigshafen. Clean and quite modern. Bed comfy, didn't try the breakfast. The rooms are not very well isolated, had some couple fighting and making up until 1am and got to have a front row seat even through my ear plugs. In the morning, they started drilling the pavement under my windows at 5.20am, so my night was rather short. Parking is not very convenient since one has to park in the shopping center next to the hotel. The parking there is not 24h open, and since it is charged per hour, for a longer stay you have to "lose" your parking ticket to get it for 15 e for a day. Getting a new ticket is not that simple, especially if you don't have cash and want to pay with a card. You can't do it straight from the machines, you have to get in touch with the parking services and in the whole shopping center (which is enormous) there is only one machine where you can get a new one paying with card... Took me about 30min to get out of there and was almost late for my meeting due to this. There isn't much choice in Ludwigshafen so I think I'd stay there again, would definitely avoid the rooms on the street side and check if there are other parking possibilities around.

Great stay

Great location. Easy to get around Ludwigshafen and Mannheim by transit. Also close to the Rhine river and to the Ludwigshafen island. Has good black out curtains and good noise insulation in walls and doors. Room set up is great. Has good breakfast. We would’ve liked it if luggage storage can be fore longer even if it is on a Sunday.

Die Umgebung und Aussicht war schön. Das Zimmer war ziemlich sauber, jedoch wurde die Bettwäsche von meinem Kind nicht neu bezogen und es musste auf einem gelben Fleck schlafen. Das Problem war auch dass es gar kein Personal gab, welches man informieren könnte. Es gab dort auch keinen Parkplatz.

Wir kamen (wie angekündigt) erst sehr spät am Hotel an. In diesem Fall ist ein Selbst-Check-In an einem Terminal möglich. Ganz toll ist, wenn einem das Hotel zuvor 3x Nachrichten mit einer falsche Buchungsnummer zusendet, die man für den Check-In am Automaten zwingend benötigt. Notfall-Kontakt-Nr. war darübe hinaus nicht erreichbar. Ein anderer Gast meinte nur, es gäbe häufiger Probleme mit dem Check-In Automaten. Nach 20 Versuchen (Groß-/Kleinschreibung unterschiedliche Kombinationen von Nachname und Code), viel Gefluche und kurz vor dem Aufgeben hatte ich letztlich mit einer Bestätigungsnummer aus der Expedia-App erfolg. Durch solche einen Fehler in Verbindung mit einen Automaten, der keine Fehler verzeiht, entsteht ein sehr schlechter Eindruck beim Gast.
