"The downtown core in Winnipeg has a lot of struggles right now. The Forks area is a short walk which is nice, but I would be mindful on the return to the hotel if you are alone. Mostly harmless but significant open drug use and people are struggling. The hotel is right in the mix there."

"Room was clean, jet tub was great. Back door is open to the public until midnight though and the microwave door in the room wouldn’t open and we had to leave our chicken sandwhich in there. Otherwise fantastic stay 🙂"

"Only issue is parking. They have no lot so it’s public parking. They do give you a break if you register your car with them, so please do. Some entitled guest seem to think they can park in the drop off zone for hours, that doesn’t help the congestion any. Other than that, great hotel, wonderful staff. Walk most places easily."

"Very nice condo in a neat area. There are several restaurants you can walk to as well as a grocery store. It's a short drive to The Forks and 10-15 minutes from the airport. River Road is a bit busy, so there is some road noise; however, this didn't disrupt our sleep or anything.The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Note there is not a TV in the primary bedroom but there is one in the other room. There's also a TV in the living room. The large windows in the main living area make it feel a bit like a treehouse. The kitchen is large and well-appointed and there is a half bath on the first floor as well. Having off-street parking was really nice but the garage is pretty small so if you have a large SUV or truck it would be hard to maneuver.The unit could use a deep clean/detail clean. It was overall clean but there were some high areas (it's loft style) that were pretty dusty, and things like light switches and baseboards in some areas could use a wipedown. The sofa arms could use a clean as well - it's comfy though!Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay again without hesitation."
