Our condo is close to the best attractions Manila can offer. A mere 4-6 minute walk to the massive and bustling Mall of Asia, it's close to the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Arena and the Concert grounds, Solaire Casino and City of Dreams, OKADA Casino, Ocean Park and a 10-15 minute ride to the airport. Comfort and convenience at a very reasonable price.

POOL ACCESS:

The pool is only free for long term tenants (60 days) Only 6 Registered guests can access/use the pools for P150.00 ($3 USD) and P300 (6USD) on Holiday, per person /per day. This is the condo building association policy regarding pool usage and not ours. Thank you for your understanding.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

There will be little or no interaction with the guests. However, our caretaker will be available for any of your needs. You may also contact me via VRBO messaging portal, thru email or thru a text message.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Hosts are required to include a security deposit to their listing but these are NOT INCLUDED in the rental cost that you will be paying when you book. NO damage charges will be made to you unless we make a claim within 48 hours after you check out.

Water and electricity usage are included in the rent but a certain level of usage so please CONSERVE ENERGY. Please turn off water, lighting and air-condition unit when not in use.

Internet connection in the Philippines is one of the slowest in the world and its very frustrating at times. Wifi is usually faster in the morning or late at nights.

We try as best as possible to make your stay enjoyable however one thing we can't promise is a place to leave your luggages before and after check in times. The reception itself will not have a place to store your bags so please these into your plans.
