I like the hotel because the building is not overwhelmingly tall. The staff are pleasant. However, the surroundings are not pleasing. The hotel does not serve food also, so we need to go out to have our meals outside.

Place is clean except for some bugs that seemed to appear later in the night or when I switch the aircon to high. A bit crowded for twin or double bedding but we slept through the night so it's not a problem. I think the cable channels are limited. The staff are courteous and resourceful. Around 2-3 blocks away from the walkway/overpass going to the US Embassy entrance which is quite a walk but manageable. Overall, the place turned out to be cozy.

Budget Friendly Room Near US Embassy
Located within 5 to 10 minute walk from the US Embassy, the room provided everything I needed during my stay. Comfortable bed, hot shower, and great WIFI. The breakfast was also lovely with an array of choices from your traditional fried fish, tocino, and longanisa.

its a dump , unsafe to go out at night
It is worst hotel I have ever been in! Noisy screaming kids, Noise from outside and it was a dump hole and I regret my stay there. I will do my best to let people know how shi__y of a place you run there. I tried three rooms trying to find quiet so I could sleep and that didn't even work. I will never come back to Manila after the h_ll I whet through at you hotel.

For the third move, we have really placed you in a room that is against a blank wall so we are sorry if the noise still reached you. We have already reported the street kids many times to the authorities but government is slow in our area. We hope though that you do not box the Philippines with this experience. Convenient and clean.
I booked the hotel for my fiance who was there on business. She was not pleased with her stay. The shower did not work and the tv did not work properly. Room 307.

Convenient and Clean Hotel
It was very good stay. Cleanliness is perfect, cold nice comfortable room although the bathroom is just a little small but 'twas fine❤️

値段相応です。干渉しないので寝るだけなら良い所です。シャワーもトイレもまあまあですし。ただタクシーもでしたが交通機関な知られてないので辿り着くのに苦労しました。何か伝えるのに目標が有れば良いかと。

施設は普通です。日本人には慣れないようなシャワーとトイレが合同の形式でしたが、宿泊費が安いので仕方ないと思います。スタッフの方はとても好印象でした。またマニラに行く時は利用したいです。

Dieses kleine Hotel ist "mitten" drin. Eine Großstadt reduziert sich nicht nur auf Einkaufs Mall's. Vielleicht für den einen oder anderen eine gute Change den "Schmelztigel" Manila allumfassend zu erleben. Dieses Hotel bot mir durch Lage und Umgebung eine gute möglichkeit dazu. Das Personal ist sehr nett, und es fehlte mir an nichts. Das Frühstück ist klasse!

Das kleine Hotel ist gut für Reisende, die sich trauen Ihre Luxustürme zu verlassen und ein Gesamtbild machen wollen. Großstädte sind weltweit ein Schmelztiegel von allem, und nicht immer leicht zu ertragen. Dieses nette Hotel bot mir Freundlichkeit, Sicherheit und einen Rückzugsort. Besonders der Koch, die Küchenhilfe und die Chefin waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer haben die alte Steckernorm, bitte Adapter mitbringen.
