Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The front desk said the prepaid room we booked was not available then they transferred me to a small studio room. I had to pay for another room and the owner was unresponsive. When reception finally texted the owner/host, the host told them to tell me to contact CS at VRBO for a partial refund. I paid for 2 rooms and the owner was unhelpful.
