"This place is really special because it felt like home from the very first day. We really enjoyed our room, especially the great view from the balcony. It was also very quiet. The room was super clean and comfortable. They make sure that everything is perfect. There's a kitchen downstairs where you can cook your own meals. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! "Overall a nice hotel. Rooms are updated, clean and have new fixtures. But, they are on the small size for a king or full double beds. The bathroom is small, with a double shower head. One complaint we had is related to the mattresses. While they’re foam based, they’re extra firm and apparently they can’t provide any toppers to ease the firmness. Room being small (standard double), the A/C is loud and even turned off, still has a constant hissing noise."

"For a four star hotel not much service. Maintenance almost inexistent (broken lavatory, broken shower door and toilet seat. If you want to have a nice cocktail or any drink at the rooftop bar or the one at first floor just go to a different place."
