Can be better!

Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!

Flott beliggenhet. Moderne og flott hotell. Stor forskjell på betjeningen i engelskkunnskaper og serviceinnstilling, men stort sett meget bra. Vanvittige priser på vask og klær, så det lot vi være.
