The staff at the Maayo hotel was very helpful and did a great job on all aspects of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk and porters quickly helped with check in and check out and transport. The food in the two restaurants we ate in was delicious and large portions. The chefs did very well. Breakfast buffet was one of the best i have had in more than 40 years of traveling.Pool was great a unique view, and staff there were great. Freindly staff, great food, excellent rooms. Would definitely recommend when staying in Cebu, the Maayo Hotel!

Late check in the night I’ve arrived and they are accommodating except they forget to give back my ID and didn’t even bother to call my room not until the morning when I needed it and thinking where the last time I showed it. Other than that would stay again.

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Having a place to get dinner upstairs on thebroof was very nice as well. I cannot say enough about how much i loved my stay there. I had originally booked for 2 days and was planning on trying out other places. After i had been there for a day, i had extended my stay there for another 4 days. I did not want to leave

We stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room seemed clean and was what we were expecting. We had a good night sleep.

We stayed here before for our overnight flight at Mactan Intl Airport. I booked 3 rooms. I rebooked again but the second time around the rooms was very dirty and did not have towels, in room cups are dirty, request for another never showed up, beddings feels dirty and stained on the too of the comforter cover. The first time we stayed was perfect… we enjoyed the BBQ night….. but after the last stay not sure if I would stay there again.

One of the best! hotel is designed with nothing but the best crafts showcasing cebu - wide glass windows, excellent views, indoor jogging trail, only drawback - when your in the hotel, you want to just stay inside :)
