"Staff was amazing and very helpful. Stephane the manager helped us when we had a problem with our bathroom and moved us to another even nicer room. Very nice breakfast actually the best we had in Sulawesi. The dinner menu could be more extensive and a bit lower in the price as compared with other places it’s quiet pricey. We can recommend to stay at janji laut!"

Dabirahe Dive, Spa and Leisure Resort
3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (4)
"Only two villas were occupied hence it felt pretty exclusive. Great views and service. The spa / massage was really value for money , with extremely competent and friendly staff. Rooms wise : furnitures will need some update (hair dryer which feels like it’s going to explore & rusty , unstable door knob on the verge of falling off ) . Restaurant wise : very good food , but standards differ slightly daily. They need a more extensive menu of food as it may get tiring if one is to stay more than a...
Dabirahe Dive, Spa and Leisure Resort
Onong Resort
2.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (5)
"Location was phenomenal, especially considering the proximity to the extraordinary house reef, which was why we booked the hotel. The only reason I didn't rank it higher was that the food was not very good, and as a full board resort with no other options, the food quality was pretty important. I feel if they stuck with traditional Indonesian food and fresh seafood they would be fine, but they tried too hard to cater to their international clientele and failed. Meal times felt, at times, like...

Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado
4.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (38)
"The property looks nice and clean. However the pool was not open and there is No alcohol at the bar even though they advertise cocktails on their website. "
Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado
Jonaths Cottage Bunaken
3.0 star property
4.8 out of 10, (7)
"16-26 Mar 2018 stay. Nice place, they are making some repairs/renovations too. I visited in 'low season', and mostly the only one there. Staff is friendly and will do whatever you ask. But you have to ask, and I find this is typical for this culture. I had a budget fan room and it was big and beds are nice thick mattresses, not foam. Food is very good, and plentiful. Snorkeling at 'house reef' is excellent. It would be nice if they had hammocks or 'lounge chairs' for 'down-time'...
