If you love the cabin feel, then this is the place for you!! This 1 bedroom/1 .25 bath mountain condo is very unique. Please scroll down and look at my pictures. I have a 32" flat screen in the bedroom and a 46" flat screen in the living room. Both with blue ray player and a collection of dvd's. We have wifi and Fire TV(please log out when leaving). We have board games, books, xbox 360. There are a few sleds in the closet for some fun in the snow. Don't let the bears scare you in Mammoth, we have a big collection of stuffed animals and figurines in our place, so you can feel the environment you are in. If you just want to kick back by a wood burning fireplace while in the mountains, you can do that too. You may also want to visit to the spa to relax after a big day of snowboarding, skiing or hiking. There is also a swimming pool, a bbq and washer and dryers available for your use.

There is a huge parking lot for this complex and you can park right in front. It is on the first floor, so in the winter it is easy access!! No going up stairs. Yeah!! Please note there are two steps up to a huge log bed and two steps leading up the the front door so it is not wheelchair accessible. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes pots and pans, spices, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, full fridge and freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. Just bring food and condiments!!!





Sleeping arrangements are 1 queen bed in master bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 twin sleeper sofa in living room.


If you are too tired to cook after a long day of skiing or fishing you can walk to local restaurants. Bring your kids and eat great food or hang out in the bar. Walk to Vons and there is a Starbucks inside!! At Vons center there is Carls Jr. and Giovanni's which has great pizza. Also in the Vons center is The Chocolate Factory, Color Me Mine, Minaret Cinemas, and Tail Waggers. Across from Vons is Mammoth Sporting Goods Bike Shop, Oaktree, Salsas and Dominos Pizza. Going toward The Stove Restaurant is Country Liquor and Jalapenos Restaurant. While still on Old Mammoth Road and going toward the main highway you have Quiznos, Chart House, Mike and Millie's Pizza/Sandwiches, Subway, Deli, TrueValue Hardware, Coffee Shop, Rite Aid, Footloose Snowboard Shop, Health Food, and Trout Outfitters. There are also some cool thrift shops and gift shops.
