This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the finest unit you will find in the Village, the ultimate in a 5-star luxury Mammoth vacation rental experience. Located in the heart of the Village, you are just steps away from shopping, restaurants and the Gondola direct to the slopes at Mammoth Mountains Canyon Lodge. This unit is located on the top floor (5th floor) in the Grand Sierra building providing a great mountain view and away from noise.

This exceptional top floor property has all the upgrades for contemporary mountain living and comfortable furnishings throughout. Being in the corner location, this unit is the largest two bedroom available in the Village, with an open floor plan - plenty of space for everyone! The full kitchen opens into the dining area, and features upgraded appliances, wood cabinetry, stone flooring, granite countertops - and everything you need to cook a nice meal for your family or friends. The dining area comes complete with a cherry wood dining table, cushioned wood chairs for 6.

No resort fee.

You will have an option of purchasing travel insurance depending on the booking site.

The living area has a large 65 inch smart flat screen TV with a full set of streaming services. There is a custom stone enclosed gas fireplace - stay cozy on cold winter nights! And for the summer, the condo comes equipped with an air conditioning unit. Also in the living area, a comfortable sofa and a large window with views over the Village and mountain. The large outdoor balcony has a vaulted ceiling, seating for 4, a small coffee table, and overlooks the center of the Village, pool and Jacuzzi and view of mountains.

The well appointed master bedroom has a comfortable King bed with pillowtop, ceiling fan, TV and a private bathroom with granite countertops, slate flooring, dual vanity sinks and both a large soaking tub and a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a full-on-full bunk bed with trundle, and TV. There is an additional queen sofa bed in the living area. All TVs are connected with DirecTV with 200 channels so you will never get bored!

There is an assigned ski storage locker conveniently located in the parking garage.

This property comes equipped with complimentary high speed wireless Internet for your convenience. Common area amenities include heated, underground parking for one car (garage clearance is 8 ft 6 inches), year round heated swimming pool, multiple jacuzzis and a fitness center. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and no smoking or pets are permitted.

Great stay in Mammoth Village

Beautiful, spacious property for a couple and two adult children for a week on the slopes. Host was very communicative, all the information was emailed prior to our stay. Unit was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Mammoth stay

This was our first trip to Mammoth and this unit did not disappoint. Great location with great views. Communication was easy and David was very helpful with everything we need. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope to be back soon.

Great place

Stayed at the unit as part of a long weekend of skiing at Mammoth. Conveniently located in the village with easy access to the gondola. The place is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the items you would need. High-end finishes throughout especially the bathrooms. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Being in the Village makes such a difference allowing to enjoy restaurants and gondola up to the mountain with ease. The unit is well appointed and fully renovated. The instructions for check in and out were clear and helpful. We will be returning!

Great Return Visit!

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and it was just as great as we remembered it to be! David is so kind and communicative. The condo is lovely, spacious and so central to everything. We had a great stay and I'm sure we'll be back.

We had an amazing stay at this property and will certainly book again. David was always keeping in touch and checking on us. The apartment was beautifully decorated and included all things we needed for our stay. The views were beautiful and the location was the best! Even the sofa bed was very comfy! Highly recommend!!

Excellent location and accommodations

The condo is just as described, clean, spacious, and comfortable for our entire stay. It worked perfectly for our family of five, being able to walk downstairs and go to the pool, restaurants, and hear entertainment from the balcony were huge perks. Beds were comfortable and temperature was kept cool with two air conditioning units during August, however the outdoor temperature was just fine to open the windows during the week when it's quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Had some concerns about parking that were answered quickly. FYI, garage clearance is 8’6” Place was great, clean and well appointed. Worked great as a basecamp for a mountain bike vacation. Will stay again soon.

Great stay

Great clean place! Loved it! Only three of us stayed but large enough for 3 more. Always love the covered parking garage. Location in the village means we never drove anywhere once there. Walked to the gondola for skiing, walked to dinner and walked to coffee. Will book again!

Awesome 2025 Mammoth Trip

This home was beautiful, renovated and modern. Communication was easy, clear instructions and response times were quick. The home had everything we needed and more than essentials for our family of four. The small details- extra pillows and blankets, humidifiers, toiletries, cleaning supplies, robes- really made us feel welcomed and at home. Location was perfect, right in the village. The kids loved the big TVs and huge bunk beds. The beds were comfortable and humidifiers helped us all sleep well. Thank you for a memorable stay and we hope to be back!

Came with family of 4. Location is right in middle of village. Place is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom. Pics are true to form but realize this the unit is quite small, especially kitchen and entryway. We felt like we were tripping on each other coming in. Heater was not working correctly (it was always on) so we opened windows all the time, even though it was Dec.

Amazing condo in the Village at Mammoth

We LOVED this stay. The condo is very updated, per the photos. Roomy and comfortable. Great views from top floor of the Village in the main building (High Sierra Lodge) overlooking the pool area. Check in was a breeze and the owner is very responsive. Short walk to the gondola to go up to Canyon Lodge base, and there is a ski locker in the garage of the building to store everything. If you want to ski or just experience Mammoth this is a fabulous place to stay. We will be back!

Lovely Village Apartment

This is a wonderful recently rennovated apartment in the Grand Sierra Lodge of Mammoth Village. It is well equipped and very comfortable. One of the recently renovated bathtubs decided it didn't want to hold water but we eventually managed to get it to work. The lack of access to a luggage trolley was a bit disconcerting (since it's rented through VRBO) but we had a great stay.

This property was everything that was advertised. The location is right in the Village, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants without having to drive. The owner’s instructions were easy to follow. The building is well maintained. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. The views from the condo were breathtaking. And the condo itself was roomy, clean, and well appointed. This made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our visit was too short, and we look forward to returning again.
