Fantastic luxury 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhome; sleeps up to 10 people.
Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this home offers views of the 18
fairway, while being not too far from the center of Town for conveniences, or
a short ride or walk to Eagle Lodge! This three story townhouse offers a
private 2 car garage with EV charger, laundry room, large expansive deck with
private hot tub and outdoor seating and BBQ grill. The floorplan allows social
gatherings and is perfect for a large family gathering. On the entry level of
the home is the living room with wood burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV
with cable TV. A dining room that can seat up to 8 with additional bar seating
for 4. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stone counters, top of the
line stainless appliances, a wine fridge and everything needed to prepare
meals. The large deck offers a BBQ gas grill, private hot tub, outdoor dining
seating and is located on the 18th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course. On
this level the guest bedroom features a queen bed, with adjacent full bathroom
with walk-in shower. On the next level is a kids haven featuring a full size
bunk with twin on top, and a trundle below, TV and en-suite bathroom with
tub/shower combo. On the third top level, the primary suite features a king
bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub
and walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom also on this upper level has a
queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. This unit also offers WiFi internet
access, a two car garage (garage clearance 7' 5") a laundry room with washer /
dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. Located on the green line
shuttle route, it is a short walk to the shuttle stop with a quick ride into
Town or to Eagle Lodge. This unit is pet friendly, One pet allowed, additional
pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full
access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated
pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and
more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required

Excellent experience all around with this home. Easy process and communication with the rental agency, the home itself was fantastic (great layout, well-stocked, excellent location). It was perfect for our group of 8. Would definitely recommend this home.

Great place for a larger group
This place was perfect for a larger group/multiple couples including children as there is a room with bunk beds with a trundle bed. It is very large with 4 spacious, very comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Very nice furnishings and well maintained. Large open kitchen that is well stocked. Dog friendly with back porch that opens right to golf course, which was great for our dogs since we could just take them out back to walk them and play in the snow. They state only room for 2 cars but with the garage we were able to fit 4. Private hot tub was great as well. Only negatives would be the back porch/hot tub cover were damaged and slightly dirty, but I think this was due to the brutal wi ter and amount of snow they had received. It still functioned perfectly, so just a visual negative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great place for a large family
This condo was better than we expected. The listing says 3 1/2 baths but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually was 4 full baths. This meant each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate our large party plus guests. The layout of the living area made it easy to keep our dog contained. Some nitpicky problems were one of the bedrooms had no screens on the windows so bugs were a problem and the kitchen could have been stocked with a few more glasses and silverware. (But the large pots/pans were great!) The TV and DVD player also were not compatible. We visit Mammoth almost every summer, and this was the best condo we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again.

3 nights with family of 10, arrived 12/30 and departed 1/2. Arrived just after sunset to find the furnace was not working (43 degrees), oven and microwave broken and deck (jacuzzi and grill) waist deep in snow. Space heaters were delivered (not much help) and furnace company showed up early next morning to fix the furnace. Management company apologized profusely and tried to make conditions better, ended up crediting our account. Too much snow. The unit size and amenities (if working) were great, was perfect for our family.
We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. We would stay again.

Great house. A few issues but mutually resolved
Great house, location, and beautiful surroundings. Perfect layout for 2 families with 9 people total. There was roofing going on when we were there. We were not informed before our stay and rental company claimed no knowledge of it either. Mutually resolved with a few days off stay. Also dishwasher broke (not our misuse - just old) during our stay so hopefully they put a new one in there before next group comes. The house desperately needs new knives and an updated count on their silverware. There were only 6 spoons which made it interesting when we wanted icecream for 9 one night. Also this is a pet friendly property. We did not bring a pet. The house needed a more thorough cleaning than what was done before we got there because there was pet hair on the couches, floor and rugs. The vacuum provided needs to be replaced as all it did was blow more dander out. Overall would stay again but recommend remedies for the above.

Nice quiet getaway
This home is located right next to the golf course. Has enough space for a family getaway. Unfortunately, during the warmer months it can get quite warm and stuffy in the upstairs bedrooms since the air conditioning is not very strong. Also the bunkbed is a bit wonky, the top mattress does not extend all the way so there is a big gap and the bottom bunk mattress is a bit high so there's not much headspace. Overall, decent stay and central location

Wonderful Stay
We stayed here in early September. The house is spacious with a great location, on the golf course, and loved the hot tub. My only "complaint" is that I wish the appliances were up to date. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
