We asked for 'early check in' and despite no body occupying the place prior to our arrival date, they gave us a very difficult time for early check in. We were told by Cindy 'we already gave you an exception to stay only one night'. Cindy, also hung the phone up on us when she did not want to answer a question. In addition, they would often not answer the phone during normal working hours. So, if there is an emergency, I am not sure who or how to contact someone. Not a secure feeling (ie.. if you lose a key or other problem).Also, we left several messages to discuss future stay with them (large group of people), with no return phone call. They just missed out on renting 15 of their homes to a our group for a retreat. Finally,the maid knocks on our door at 10:00am sharp, to ensure we do not stay 2 minutes past the check out time. Although the place and location was absolutely perfect, Cindy (the person who answers the phone) and the 'owner' intentionally did not want to make our stay as pleasant as it could have been. Great place; however worse and most unfriendly customer service we have ever experienced! We feel sorry for the later, because we did want to bring a large group of people to the company for 'rental'; however, we choose another very friendly 'rental' company in the area.
