Snowflower 82: Near Mammoth Creek & Snowcreek Gol

This spacious 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome at the Snowflower complex offers 1,300 sq. ft. of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Located in Mammoth's scenic meadow area, it's the perfect home base for families or groups to enjoy the beauty of the Eastern Sierra.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The first floor includes the primary suite with a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a second full bathroom. The third floor loft overlooks the living area and includes four twin beds, a full-size bed, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for kids or larger groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Living & Dining
The second floor's open layout includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a third full bathroom. The living room offers a wood-burning stove (firewood provided), Smart TV, sofa and loveseat (non-sleeper), and access to a private deck. The dining area seats eight, with additional space at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals at home.

Guests enjoy Snowflower's year-round spa and sauna, seasonal heated pool, and tennis courts. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site. Two outdoor parking spaces are provided (no buses, RVs, trailers, or towed vehicles allowed).

Snowflower's scenic meadow setting offers easy access to walking and biking trails, Mammoth Creek, fishing, golf, and the free Red Line shuttle into town and up to the slopes.

Great stay at Snowflower

We really enjoyed our stay at Snowflower. The property is old, but maintained well and was clean. We were able to comfortably fit our whole family and it was in a beautiful and convenient location. I’d stay here again.
