This is a converted, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. Bedroom 2 and en-suite bathroom 1 is for owners’ exclusive use. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14486.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You will walk down two steps where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.

Fantastic Rental

Snow Creek is a great complex and this unit is very nice sizable for a one bedroom. Well appointed with kitchen, utilities, etc..

The kitchen was stocked well with all sorts of cookware too. We only wished we could figure out how to use the VHS!

Good, but could easily be great!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Only experienced a few issues: 1 - the heater does not sufficiently heat the bedroom 2 - the internet service was inconsistent and mostly non-functional during our stay 3 - Lastly, the unit is advertised to sleep 4. However, there were only towels & wash cloths for 2. Other than that, everything was great! Beautiful accommodations. Well maintained and clean :)

Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the condo, we were pleased to see the tired living/dining room furniture had been replaced, but there were no barstools nor lamps for reading. Kitchen was sort of clean, but LOTS of crumbs under and around toasters. The place could use a fresh coat of paint. Comfy control had no user manual and we couldn't figure it out. LOVE the ample grassy areas and the sound of the creek across the street! No shampoo.

The unit was big enough for 2 people, was clean, and was well maintained. Location was excellent. The 4 issues: 1. the walkway was icy and not shoveled. I tripped more than once and nearly hurt myself. 2. The heat did not reach the bedroom too well and the bedroom was too cold at night; 3. The pillows were too hard and uncomfortable; 4. The dish washer was non-operable. Overall though, I was happy with the unit and will continue to stay at Snow Creek.

It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the mountain and is close to popular restaurants, ski rentals, and grocery stores. The price is good considering even Motel 6 can be more expensive. However, the place was really outdated. The living room TV didn’t work. Maintenance came by right away but it turns out a previous guest took the sound bar. Then the bedroom TV was terrible quality. The picture was extremely dark even with full brightness on. The dishwasher also was broken and had a sign that it was under maintenance. The sheets were pretty cheap and scratchy. There wasn’t a duvet cover. It was just a comforter in between two top sheets. If these things were fixed, I’d definitely stay here again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Snow Creek for the past several years and also many many years ago. We always found whatever rental unit we got was absolutely great and that's why we keep coming back. This year was a big disappointment. We rented Unit 611 which was run down and needed an upgrade/face lift. Even though the carpet looked new, the entire condo was in need of a major upgrade (painting/moldings/bathroom). The shower mechanism to drain the water did not work properly and the tub was filled with water. In fact, I had to use one foot to keep pressure on the drainage lock so that the water would drain which was very difficult. There were no instructions on how to use the TV and the guide didn't work. We would have to fiddle around with the remote control before the TV would come on even though we would just press the 'on' button. The bottom question would I recommend this property, I would certainly recommend Snow Creek but not unit 611. Also in past stays I thought the door automatically locked when we left the property. This lock did not.

Beautiful location, clean and cozy

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and we always had a parking spot right in front of our place. It took us 10 minutes to drive to Canyon Lodge, for skiing. The village with a Vons and restaurants is 1.3 miles away very easy to get to. The closet Tesla charger is also 1.3 miles from the property The sports club has a nice steam room, which was great to use after a day of skiing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Snowcreek over the last eight years and will continue to do so. I do have one issue i think needs to be addressed by management. While I was in the unit, and without warning, someone has walked in on me. This happened on two different years. I have to assume it was someone from Snowcreek, both times they were apologetic. There must be a way to monitor if a unit is occupied, or one should be put in place to prevent further occurences to anyone.
