Silver Bear unit #40 comfortably sleeps 6 people, located on the third floor with private internet.

This is a very elegant 2 bedroom/loft/3 bath condominium with a full size kitchen, separate dining area, and a spacious living room with beautiful views of the Sherwins,This unit is Not Pet Friendly . The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a large 27” flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a beautiful private remodeled full bathroom with blow dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 27 INCH TV and DVD player. The loft has 2 twin beds. The living room has a 32 INCH flat screen TV and a DVD player. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is free wifi and also a gas fireplace to keep you toasty and warm for the winter months.Silver Bear #40 is located within walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The unit has two master suites downstairs both with attached bathrooms and a 3rd bedroom upstairs.

There is one space for parking in the garage and additional outside guest parking. This building has an elevator. Silver Bear project amenities include a pool, spa, barbecue, and game area.You can't get any closer to Canyon Lodge than Silver Bear Condos!! At only 300 yards, you can roll out of bed and into the ski lifts 7,8,16, or 17!!

These units come completely stocked with everything that is needed for a completely wonderful vacation.The complex is located on the shuttle route for easy access to town as well as within a few minute walk to Canyon Lodge for access to Mammoth Mountain. These units are also minutes away from world class fishing, picturesque hiking trails, and beautiful golf courses.

Great place

A very spacious comfortable place. It is dated but with quality furniture/ decoration. The only thing missing is a crock pot. Still excellent!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was really spacious and clean. Beautiful large windows in living room with great views. Only disappointment was internet access was down entire time and the could not use the fireplace bc pilot was not lit. Jacuzzi is also a little small but they do have two. The other was not as hot though. They do have a sauna which is nice. Rec room is small and has only foosball table in it. But great location to walk to Canyon Lodge. Also any amenities you needed are not on site, have to drive to office in town.

Nice location...but dangerous when the windows are open!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is ok and in a decent location. Right by the Canyon Lodge. It needs some updating , but for the most part, it clean. That being said, when the windows are open in the living room or the bedrooms, this unit being es an absolute death trap for anyone who might get too close to the windows. The sills on the windows are only about knee-high or lower. The windows themselves go all the way to the ceiling. When fully open there is a 3 foot opening in the windows. This unit is located on the fourth floor. There are no safety bars or protection to cover the windows. The only thing In the window is a flimsy screen. If anyone adult or child were to accidentally lean against or accidentally fall or push against that screen...that would be it for that person!! It would be a 40 foot drop to the rocks below and they would be dead!THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SOMEONE DIES!! There are protection bars by the windows next to the elevator, so they are aware of the issue. I would not bring my family here again until this hazard has been resolved!

Older unit but located well and spacious for 2 families. Only problem was that bed in 2nd bedroom

Terrific. 2nd bedroom bed needs to be replaced and if so I would definitely come back
