This recently remodeled mountain, ski themed two bedroom plus loft condominium is full of cute decor and is conveniently located close to the shuttle stop walking distance to restaurants and shops. Sierra Park Villas #04 2 Bedroom Loft 2.5 Bath.

Units is a three level layout making the main level the living room and dinning area. Providing a very large cozy couch to relax on after a long day of hiking/ skiing and a large flat screen TV. This unit offers a very well equipped kitchen and dining table to enjoy a nice family Diner.

The Loft is perfect for kids to hang out offering two sets of bunk beds with one Queen bed on the bottom and 3 Twin beds.

On the bottom level you will find two master Bedrooms each with a Queen bed and it's own Bathroom. Both bedrooms also provide a small TV to relax after a long day of Fun.

This unit can Accommodate a family of 8. Very comfortable and cozy.

Spacious and comfortable home

We loved the location of this home. It's been recently remodeled. The kitchen was easy to cook in—plenty of beds to sleep in. The loft and main floor got VERY hot! A few, inexpensive box fans would make a big difference. My kids couldn't sleep in the loft a few nights because it was so hot. Communication w/ management was subpar. We had an issue with the front door lock and had to fix it ourselves w/ help from a neighbor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many nice updates, especially the floors and appearance. Double-paned windows were effective at cutting street noise. The upgrades to the lights, fans, and heaters in the bathrooms were very much appreciated. Overall the experience was pleasant.Small issues were: the lack of a safety railing from the front door to the main floor, and the missing extra privacy door in the main floor bathroom. There were cute little lights by the beds in the loft but none of them seemed to work. Lighting by the sofa in the living room area was lacking making it difficult to read at night. For the sake of future renters: there are small little sliders on the light switches that may accidentally be set to zero. Look for them if the lights do not work. There are minimal cooking supplies. The one item that we were glad to have brought from home was a casserole dish with a lid that could be used in the microwave. There were enough cups, dishes and cutlery available for our small group.

This unit was the best of the bunch and is very clean and great for large groups that need some beds. Location is great for walking to the store as well as various restaurants and brewery (Distant is the best).

Great location for a winter vacation

Walking distance to the supermarket and some restaurants and brewery, ski shuttle stops right outside. We were a group of 8 adults and the condo was perfect.

This is not a clean or well working property, the company that manages this place is horrendous. We tried calling several times to have issues resolved from dirty pillowcases to 2 of the three showers not working and got no response until the day we were checking out. When I finally got through to someone named Jenny she was wildly rude and told me I was confused and that there wasn’t a manger available most of the days of our stay anyways. There was dust and cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The location is great tho if you want to walk to stores or restaurants and don’t care about cleanliness or being able to shower.

Great! Clean, stocked, big place

Great place, 5 stars. It was very clean, spacious, had stocked with toiletries, spices, kitchen equipment and towels. We will definitely rent this place again. It was managed well when we were here, but with one exception (see below). One downside is the walkway in front of the door is not cleared of snow and ice at all--it was an extremely narrow, uneven, 100% ice entry and the kids fell. It was very slippery and about a 1.5ft entry path upstairs around the snow pile. Someone next door let their dog pee on the ice in front of our place more than once, and we had to walk through frozen dog piss every time. Gross. Also, it was tough getting luggage in and out.

Everything was awesome except for the fact the rental company did not send me the code to get into the lock box for the keys. Thank god someone showed up 30 min later and actually had the code so I could also get my keys. Thanks management for being so crappy and not having an emergency person on call or responding back to my emails that I sent 4 hours before I left.

Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and not crowded. Parking and access to the shuttle was very convenient. The kitchen offered everything we need to prepare our meals. No complaints and would recommend to others. PMC is the best in every respect.

Great stay

We initially planned the trip around snowboarding and skiing. But it turned out to be way more. The location was perfect where we didn’t need to drive any where. But the best part with my family was our sledding adventure around the complex. We all played in the snow like little kids. So much fun. Thank you for letting us stay. We would return here!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally booked #93 and on day of departure got a call stating a water line broke the lady from the rental agency stated it was a similar property and declined to give me any kind of refund or inconvenience fee back. Upon viewing the property online you could clearly see it was not of same quality as #93. Upon arrival the property was clean, but did not have the same amount of 2 person beds as we reserved only one in loft, in suite 2 the bed is extremely noisy anytime you moved not sure why, we ran out of hot water the first morning, when we tried to contact rental agency by phone several times “Mammoth Mountain Reservations” you get sent to an extension then it just hangs up on you?? We even drove by office several times and we were never able to make contact with agency. The loft lower twin bed has a spring that pokes you in the back. We had to go buy toilet paper, the light in the shower toilet room of suite 2 kept going out. Will not be utilizing this company in any future stays.

Fun place with good space.

The property is decorated in a fun way and was clean. The loft space upstairs was a great space for teenagers. There were some problems with a heater in one bedroom but the property manager responded immediately and addressed the issue.
