Renovated & spacious 2 bed/2 bath Condo with Mountain Views - near Eagle Lodge
Tyrolean Village Condo - Perfect for a family or two couples. Huge update completed December-January 2022! All new kitchen, flooring, paint, appliances, updated baths, mattresses, window coverings, décor, bedding, towels, 65” TV, and sectional sofa. Enjoy the view of the Sherwin Range through the whispering pines out the front deck!
Light and bright unit/vaulted ceiling with no one above or below. We are centrally located approximately 1/2 mile from The Village at Mammoth and Village Gondola, as well as Eagle Lodge. Canyon Lodge is up the hill about 3/4 mile. We are also a 2 minute walk to the free shuttle stop and located right off the Lakes Basin Bike Path.
Cal King bed in front bedroom, and Queen bed along with twin over twin bunks in back bedroom. (No adults or large youth on upper bunk) Both bedrooms have hanging space and dressers available for your use. Convenient hall tree in entry to hang your coats and leave your shoes/boots on the shelves or rubber mat. Large full bath downstairs has shower/tub combo, new vanity and mirror, newer toilet, hair dryer, quality towels. Washer/dryer in unit available for use. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Upstairs is a second bath with step-in shower, new vanity and mirror, and towels, plus dryer and toiletries. Make yourself at home in the brand new kitchen with all new appliances. There is a dining table and 4 chairs, new reclining sectional sofa and 65” 4HD TV, Cable TV/Wi-Fi, and a work desk/chair with large monitor if you need to do a little work while on vacation. Enjoy the easy-to-use pellet stove and wall of windows as you relax and have some downtime. Off the living room is an exterior balcony (chairs available in mild weather).
There is a chest of drawers at the top of the stairs that has games, playing cards, and extra throw blankets to snuggle.
The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook and eat at home – pots, utensils, dishes, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, sharp knives, and of course wine glasses, wine opener, and 12-cup drip coffee maker. We provide coffee and filters, seasonings, oil, and some packaged condiments.
Parking and loading/unloading is easy – one permit provided. Additional parking available on Lake Mary Road. This is a quiet, convenient location where you can enjoy all the offerings of the Mammoth Lakes area and Eastern Sierra. Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowmobiling, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Sight-seeing, Shopping, Dining, there is plenty to do!

Ski lockers on front porch - Keyed locks provided. Fenced storage area on lower level (great for bikes in summer) - Keyed lock provided. Balcony on upper level (please use caution if you have children).
Damage and incidentals: The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Anything over and above that will be an additional charge. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Occupancy is maximum of 6 and is strictly enforced.
Exterior-only security/video monitoring is in use by multiple units in the complex.
Availability: Even if your dates show booked or blocked, please feel free to reach out to us to inquire anyway, as it may be booked for us personally and we may be able to easily change our dates to accommodate a new booking.

Please note there is no A/C in our home, however we do have a ceiling fan in the great room and great cross breezes if you open the back windows and front sliders. We provide small dresser-top fans for each bedroom if needed.

Great location, close to both Eagle and Canyon lodge and the Village. Fully stocked with everything we needed during our weekend ski/snowboard trip for our family of 4. Parking was easy. Our hosts were also very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!
Condo was very clean and had modern amenities. Owners were communicative and quick to respond. Very close to the yellow line shuttle stop that takes you directly to eagle lodge or the village. Would stay here again.
Really clean and cozy condo located very close to the trolly stop and a short trip to the villages and gondola that takes you to the slopes.
The upstairs is setup really nice for relaxing after a long day of adventuring. The pellet heater makes it really nice and warm and cozy.
The kitchen is really well stocked as well.

loved our stay at this beautiful condo! the location is perfect being right in between Canyon Lodge and Eagle Lodge. the condo was very clean and well appointed. we appreciated all the tiny touches like card games for the kids and a little christmas tree to bring in the holiday. the neighborhood was quiet and communication with the owners was exceptional. would definitely stay again!
Dog friendly apartment, but super clean and well organized. Shuttle stop (yellow line) to Eagle Lodge was a 5 min ride and came every 20 min. Jan is very helpful and provided easy to follow directions for parking and operating the pellet stove (heating). The kitchen is new. The beds are comfortable. Mammoth is phenomenal. Tahoe traffic and HWY 80 are so slow that traveling south to Mammoth is better.
Enjoyed staying here, it was clean with decent beds, sheets and towels. The internet/router cut out frequently but the owner communicated regularly and was very responsive. The place is more suited for families with small kids and maybe a dog. The owner made me feel like she didn't want me to stay there as she repeatedly asked me if I wanted to cancel leading up to the rental date and that she had other interested renters. I wont be staying here again, but it served its purposed and we had a good time :)
My husband, son and I stayed at the condo to go snowboarding for a long weekend and really enjoyed it! The owners were so easy to communicate with and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. The condo is nicely updated and the owners paid a lot of attention to detail to make sure you have everything you need and it's intuitive to stay there. I especially liked the kitchen and the living room was very comfortable. It does take a while to get everything heated up if you go in the winter, but once it does it stayed nice and comfortable for the rest of the trip. The location is nice if you want to be close to the mountain (Eagle Lodge). We mostly used the shuttle, which was super close and convenient, but did walk back one day when the shuttle was backed up, which was a nice option to have. I have stayed at 20 condos in Mammoth over the years and would definitely book this one again.
My husband, sister-in-law, and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Jan's condo. The location was close to the village (a 5-minute drive) but far enough to enjoy tranquility. We enjoyed hiking around Lake Mary, a 12-minute drive away.
The condo was clean and well stocked (we have stayed at some condos that do not even have salt and pepper, let alone coffee).
The two bedrooms were comfortable, and having two separate baths helped since there were three of us. The washer and dryer are in one of the bedrooms, which I have never experienced before, but it was fine with us.
Jan was super communicative and helpful. She even suggested that we detour to a National Monument on our way to Bryce Canyon, which we would not have thought of.
I would recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Mammoth Lakes.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this property. The owners were very responsive and made us feel welcome. The home is well furnished and comfortable. My wife really enjoyed the ambience of the pellet stove. The location is quiet and a few short minutes to the ski lifts and area shopping. Note, neither bedrooms have a TV. We didn't need one but some people may prefer this feature. The only real concern we had was what are the street conditions like during winter? During our stay there was ice at the downhill intersection when leaving the property. We have a 4x4 and still slid a little on two occasions. Hopefully, during heavy snowfall, the plows are busy treating this area. Of course if you prefer not to drive, the trolley stop is right next to the property. We would definitely stay again.
The entire trip was amazing from the day we booked the property. Jan took care of us from day 1. Booking process was very simple. She sent us all of the information about the property and nearby amenities. A couple of days before the trip there was a big storm and Jan even offered to delay the arrival date for us. She even suggested a wonderful CalTrans App that provided instant information about highway incidents. Very helpful and accommodating. A day before the trip she sent us pictures of the snow on the front porch so we knew what to expect when we arrived. The property was very clean and it had everything we needed. All appliances were brand new and we were given very clear instructions on how to use the heaters and what was expected. The townhome was very beautiful and cozy. Our family really loved the experience and we are looking forward to renting again in the future.Thank you Mike and Jan.
My wife and I prefer short term rentals when we travel, and have rented dozens and dozens over the years. We often joke that quite often, STRs are where owners' old furniture and furnishings go to die. Thankfully, this is NOT the case with this property.
The condo was immaculately cleaned, the beds comfortable, and everything from cookware, to silverware, to bedding and towels was as if they were just purchased, and everything was of the quality I'd want for my own home. As a "wanna be" chef, I found absolutely nothing that I would have wanted that wasn't provided.
The check in process was simple and straightforward, as were the instructions on the pellet stove and room heaters. We loved the layout of the condo and really loved the proximity to the Lakes Basin Bike Path, which we logged many miles on during our stay. Speaking of which, the locked outdoor storage area was perfect for bike storage, the covered area of which was large enough for our e-bikes, which was much appreciated during a short period of rain.
All in all, everything about this property made for an amazing vacation, and we most definitely plan to stay again in the coming years.

Great, clean place to stay while skiing mammoth. Good kitchen and very comfortable beds! Would stay again. Only thing to be aware of is that parking is not covered, so if there is snow fall you will need to clean your car.

The condo is newly refurbished with new floors, paint, appliances, furniture, etc. Very clean and a great location for all activities. Good sized bedrooms and excellent kitchen and living room area. Very large screen TV. I highly recommend staying in this condo.
This recently renovated condo was perfect for our family. Both bedrooms are downstairs and very spacious great room and kitchen upstairs with beautiful views from the deck. Layout was terrific with room for everyone without walking over each other or feeling cramped. The kitchen is fabulously appointed and was a joy to cook in and be included in family fun. Located steps away from a walking/biking path and a few minute drive to recreation or shopping. We are looking forward to a return visit.
What a fabulous time we had in Mammoth! Thank you, Tyrol 103, for such incredible lodging and a place to soak in all the nature. Everything about the condo is dialed in and the attention to detail is off the chart! We have been coming up to Mammoth every summer for over 15 years now, and this is our favorite place we have stayed.
The location is perfect, easy walk to the village, short drive to old town, and great walks to Twin Lakes and Lake Mary! The setting is superb, nestled among the trees, yet steps to the Lake Basin path/trail! And again, everything about the condo has been thought through and provided for it’s guests. The furnishings and decor are modern, clean, bright and classy. The kitchen is fully stocked (even with some fun snacks!), with everything you might need. The hosts even left laundry supplies which we used to clean up after all our hikes and adventures.
We can't rave enough about the condo and all the little things that make this a truly special place. It is like being in your home, but better!!!

We have rented many places in Mammoth for winter ski and summer fishing/hiking trips. This was one of the better rentals we've had. The kitchen was well equipped (though FYI, if you plan to cook, bring some cooking oil, though we did leave behind a pretty full bottle for the next few guests) so it was easy to make some quick breakfasts to start the day. The smart TV was a breeze to use.
A few tips: if you're visiting in the summer, you may want to bring along a fan because like almost all rentals in Mammoth there's no AC. The rooms are downstairs and because I have a kiddo, I didn't want to keep the window open (even with the dowel) and he sleeps hot so the fan was key. Also, it helps to use Google satellite to find the unit. It's probably easy enough to find the unit during the day when you have natural light, but we arrived just before 9 pm so having the satellite image helped immensely.
Overall, a great stay. We would not hesitate to return.
