Cabin style townhome conveniently located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. The home has 2 ensuite bedrooms, 3 full baths, wood burning fireplace, & is pet-friendly – perfect place to cozy up with the whole family! Location is great for accessing Mammoth's year-round activities - walking distance to free shuttle, restaurants, movies, grocery store & more.

About the Space: This 2 + loft with 3 full bathrooms, is a perfect townhome for your next mountain getaway. It is a well sized 1373 sq. ft. open floor plan with cabin style décor and vaulted ceilings. The living room is equipped with mountain style furnishings – it has a comfortable sectional couch, TV with smart features, and a wood burning fireplace to keep warm on cold winter nights. Off the living area is a private porch with a peek-a-boo view of Lincoln Mountain. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal. There is a small table with chairs off the kitchen and bar seating. On the main level, next to the kitchen, is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The two main bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. It has access to a small patio through the sliding glass door allowing indoor/outdoor access and nice afternoon light. The primary bedroom also has a dresser for clothing storage and TV. The primary bathroom has an updated vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom is also located downstairs - it has a queen-sized bed, dresser and TV. The second bathroom is also ensuite, with updated vanity and tub/shower. In unit laundry is located in the downstairs hallway, outside the two bedrooms. The loft is on the third level of the home, upstairs from the main living area. It has on single bed and a single over double bunk bed.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 soap (shampoo, body, bath), conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mammoth Sierra Townhomes - there is one jacuzzi, pool (seasonal).
