Welcome to Discovery IV! This family friendly is condo is located between Canyon Lodge and the Village, providing the ultimate Mammoth experience – snow sports in the winter/spring, hiking/biking in the summer/fall. The town shuttle stops right near the complex making exploring town easy!

This home offers great HOA amenities including pool (seasonal), spa, parking (2 spaces), laundry, business center and more!

Have a blast during your next Mammoth vacation by staying in this wonderful home!

About the space:
This well-loved condo has a phenomenal location on a private road just a few blocks from Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth. There are no stairs for this property, it is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the complex and is a corner unit. Parking is directly in front of the condo.

The condo has a rustic mountain cabin feel, a perfect setting for your trip to Mammoth. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is laid out nicely for families. The living area offers a nice pellet stove to keep warm on the cold winter nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for making a delicious meal.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom one offers a queen bed and a twin bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and single over single bunk beds. The second bathroom is located off the hall and is shared with the living area. There are closets and dressers in both bedrooms for ample clothing storage.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and pellets.

The laundry room is located in the office, it is coin operated and there is a coin machine, if needed.

Guest access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Discovery IV. There is a jacuzzi, pool (seasonal), pool table, ping-pong, community BBQ (seasonal), community laundry room and business center.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Parking is located directly outside the unit in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

Place was clean, everything worked, conveniently located to Canyon Lodge. The bummer was that the Rec Center / Spa was not opened, which was not mentioned at any point.
