The condo does not have air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, a tower fan in the second bedroom, and a portable fan to use if and where needed.

Highway 395 & Road Closures: We understand that winter storms can cause temporary road delays. Because mountain road crews are highly efficient, refunds or date adjustments are not considered. Local authorities frequently require 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains on Hwy 395 during snow events.
