We have stayed at this condo a number of times, the place was very nice as usual. Great location and proximity to the center of town and local places of interest.
It was just what we were looking for. Nice place in a great location. Door key pad entry was perfect so anyone of the 5 of us could get into the condo when needed. Beds were firm but great even though I typically sleep in a soft bed. I would stay here again for sure.
Dining area a little cramped - toilet area in downstairs bathroom cramped between wall and shower/tub - bedrooms very nice fairly roomy - upstairs loft area spacious - grandkids enjoyed video game - all in all a nice stay
We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfy, home was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing we were not happy about were the floors and the Floors were very dirty.
Perfect location and accommodations for five old friends reconnecting and fishing the local creeks. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
Great location in a quiet complex. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Close to shopping and in walking distance to good restaurants. Communication with the owner was a breeze. He responded quickly by text. We will book again.
My family and I stayed in this condo for a wedding at Convict Lake. We were 6 adults, and there was plenty of room (even room for more). The downstairs bathroom and plenty of space, so we had no trouble getting ready. The pellet wood stove was a nice touch in the cold mornings. And the kitchen was well-stocked. Best of all, the host was super responsive! Thank you, John.
I came here with 4 friends for a hiking trip on Oct. 2023. The condo was clean, quiet & met our expectations except for some minor issues. The property was in a quiet neighborhood that allowed good sleeping conditions. I would come back here again.

This is a nice condo. We enjoyed the pellet wood stove and the video games. The kitchen appliances worked well. The unit is on the second floor so we used the balcony as an extra refrigerator and put our coolers out there. The owner is very responsive and communicates well. It takes 10 min to walk to the shuttle stop (Red Line stop number 4) in our ski boots. The unit actually has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 12 however there are only 2 bathrooms so 8 people max works well.
Host was quick to respond when we had questions or issues. The property had everything we needed during our stay. What surprised me was how well insulated the rooms were. I couldn’t hear activity downstairs or the TV in the living space from the bedrooms with the door closed. Lots of extra bedding. Internet worked well when I had to work remotely. Property was very close to the town loop trail which is a paved bike trail. Easy to walk to bike rental shop, pick up bike and hop on the trail. Walkable (10-15 mins) to several well rated restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet enough to leave windows open at night. Loved the arcade gaming machine. My kid was introduced to all the games that I grew up with. Pool and hot tub was just across the parking lot so very easy walk. Was happy with the property.
The Host was very communicative and helpful in providing appropriate instructions on how to arrive and enter the condo. There was more than enough space for the group. The pellet fire place was a crowd favorite. Would love to stay here again on our next trip.
