La Vista Blanc 61 Cozy Studio in Central Location, Perfect Mountain Getaway by RedAwning

This cozy studio, 1 bathroom condo packs a big punch with sleeping

arrangements for up to 5... value doesn't get better than this! The condo

comes with a full size kitchen, dining area with seating for 5, a TRUE soaking

tub, and forest setting views. There is a Full size Tempur-Pedic bed in the

condo with a Twin trundle underneath, as well as a California King size

Tempur-Pedic sofabed. Enjoy the cozy pellet stove in the living room, and a

full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. The La Vista Blanc complex has an

outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is

conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading

directly from the complex. It is centrally located with a short walk to

Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth

Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables

or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice

that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities.

There is also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This

condo sleeps a maximum of 5 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, a

portable private gas grill and a guest ski locker. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes.

If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our

office for alternative options. There are 7 stairs to this unit, no stairs

inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. This TV has basic cable and a

smart DVD player where you can access apps such as HBO, Netflix and log in

with your account to view movies etc. Our calendar is updated in real time. .

This will be my go-to stay in the Mammoth Lakes area now

This cozy, well-appointed studio was just what we needed. We appreciated the DVD player and deep bathtub, and the kids thought the pellet stove was cool. Parking was plentiful, and the walking trail behind the condo was gorgeous and close. We loved it here.

This pace has super comfortable beds, and simply everything you need. The location is quiet and close to town. The soaking tub is an experience! If some one has mobility issues the tub could be a barrier to bathing but I managed just fine with limited strength. Loved the place!

Great stay!

Me and my friend had a great stay in Mammoth and in this unit. Very comfortable and close to the market and stores. The only difficultly there was the shower/tub. For me and other older people, it was difficult to get in n out. The wall of the tub is very high and I needed to sit on it to get in and out. But other than that it was a great stay.

Stress relief time.

The unit was nice. The only problem bath tub is very dangerous for an old person. Also shower knob not working. Almost fell getting out of tub.

Cute Place

The place was very cute, clean and in good location. We had kids with us and they seem to enjoy the little place. The concern I had was with the bath tubs since they are built very high and no stepping stool was provided, which made it difficult to get in and out of the shower. I am giving 1 star for the property management as the reservation process was not clear. We were not given check in/out instructions in advance which would have included the code to access our room. The rental agreement stated check in at 5pm and when we got to the office a little after 5pm, no one was there to help us since the office closes at 5pm. This was very inconvenient. We spent over an hour outside calling several numbers to get help with our issue. After speaking with someone, they instructed us to go to another location to get our key. We received the check in email with instructions the next day after our first night. No use of that! I don't plan on making any more reservations with this company.

Had a great time

Everything was good and the house. Except the gas grill was not cleaned it was so filthy the was no way I was gone cook anything on that. I went and bought my own small gas grill to use. Other then that stay at the house was good perfect for three people and the TV I very small

Cute, Cozy, and Clean!

Loved this place! For a studio apartment it was very spacious and super clean! We had 4 adults in here and had no problems with sleeping arrangements. Will definitely be coming back!!

Awesome Studio Vacation

This unit was perfect for me as I came up alone to do some day hikes. With NE exposure the unit stayed nice and cool throughout the days. I will return to this one again next visit.
