Helios North 5, Convenient Location Across from Village, Underground Parking by RedAwning
If a prime location and lots of space are what you're looking for, then look
no further! The vaulted ceilings on the upper floor provide an open feel to
the living room, dining room and kitchen of this large floorplan 2 bedroom, 3
bathroom corner townhouse. Located across the street from The Village and
entrance to the Gondola, you get the prime location without all the hustle and
bustle. With new hardwood flooring, and new furniture this upper level
provides a spacious living area for all the family to gather. With a huge flat
screen TV, comfortable couch and recliners and cozy pellet stove in the living
room, complete with DVD/CD player, it's perfect for movie night. The kitchen
is fully equipped, just like home, and there is dining room seating for all
and then some. And you can bring your dog along with one approved pet allowed.
The master bedroom features a Cal King bed with flatscreen TV and en-suite
full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a Double bed, and a Queen bed also
with flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. There is even an additional
full bathroom with stand-up shower on the main upper living level. The Helios
North complex offers an underground parking garage (no shoveling required!),
sauna and roof top jacuzzi. All guests receive complimentary full access to
Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,
steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, is non-smoking, and 1 pet (dogs only)
is allowed. There are 23 stairs to the unit from the garage, and is 2 levels
inside. There is one assigned underground garage parking spot that will fit
two cars tandem. Clearance is 9 ft. Guests will be provided two parking
passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call

Great holiday vacation! Loved our rental
We stayed at 5 Helios just 2 blocks from the village and Village Gondola. Ideal location. We parked the car in the convenient covered parking sbd didn’t drive again until we left! The place was perfect! Plenty of room for our family of 5 and 3 full bathrooms was awesome. Nicely furnished, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds! Check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mammoth Reservations!

The Night of Lights Ideal Location!
We had five great days of skiing. The night of lights display and show were awesome. We loved the location near the Village Gondola. It was especially important since one member of the crowd was going to have hip replacement surgery in a week. We had one issue with the rental, but the rental agency worked with us to make things positive!
It was a great stay. Super nice location and great condition for the condo.

Casual and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay with two reservations. First, access to the unit is only from underground parking garage, which made it difficult to carry heavy gear and bags to unit. (We had someone with broken toe with us and wasn';t expecting this.) Second, internet in the unit was out for two of our four days. Had to call management co twice to get it fixed. Overall though an enjoyable place to stay.

Fishing Summer Mammoth
Mostly Great with a couple of "suggestions" as follows: This unit needs ceiling fans, the roll out windows were all but stuck with only two being able to be manually opened, broken toilet seat in downstairs bathroom, two smoke alarms were missing from their bases and the refrigerator simply would not get cold. On the great side: EVERYTHING else was fantastic! live music in the village, great restaurants and easy access to transportation and incredible views! Lastly, this unit really needs those fans and windows to open if you're going to be comfortable in the summer months.

Great Location - Walk to The Village
Condo is very conveniently located. Living room seating is plentiful, very comfy & homey; great for gathering at days end. The bedrooms being ensuite provided the privacy we desired and upstairs bathroom made it very convenient. Our dog loved it too; easy access to a patch of grass! We would definitely use this rental again.

Great Location
This cabin is in a great location! Overall it was a great stay. This was our 2nd stay at this cabin. It is in a great location to the village and the Gondola. There were a few things that need to be taken care of by the maintenance I brought this up to the management team. I believe that she was going to take care of these items. Overall great time and made great memories with the family!

Great Location Will return
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was perfect for us and our three kids. We were walking distance to the village/ gondola. The unit was well equipment with all pots, pans, coffee maker etc. The only thing I would recommend is the unit needed a better cleaning, and the bedding should be a bit more updated and packaged for cleanliness.

Wonderful Place in Mammoth Lake

Great Rental!!
A really nice rental in a perfect location. The layout of this condo is perfect for either a family or a pair of couples. Living space super comfortable with great amenities. The 3/4 bathroom upstairs is a great addition. Bedroom layout was great. Two master suites is a super convenient feature. Kitchen is well stocked and the welcome basket was a really nice touch. Add in underground parking and being within a super short walk to the village and Mammoth Brewing and this condo is tough to beat.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is conveniently located to the Village. It is in excellent condition and has everything you need for your stay. The rental was clean, well stocked with necessities and in a great location for attending the Blues Festival. Mammoth Sierra Reservations were great in calling me back after-hours when we ran into a parking problem.It appears the management company was not notified by the owner of repairs.

Beds located downstairs with upstairs being kitchen and living area. It was spacious and clean. Very easy walk to the village where you can take the gondola up to canyon ski resort. Our young children never complained about distance to walk. Parking located in a garage below the rental. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels and blankets.
