About this property
Mountain Shadows-Walk to Town/Bus Stop/Restaurants
- Privately Owned and Managed Studio/Loft Condo rental. Comfortable accomodations for a very reasonable price located in the popular Mountain Shadows Complex. Walk to restaurants, bars, theaters, Vons and many area shops. Upstairs unit, fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, ski locker, sleeps 1-4, Fireplace, free firewood (fire starter not provided), linen's provided, 3 jacuzzi's, swimming pool in summer, 2 sauna's, 2 onsite laundry facilities, BBQ's in summer.
Studio with loft above. Two queen size beds in the loft and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. 2 full baths, one down and one up. Full size functional kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and stove. Fully stocked for cooking. Wood burning stove with free firewood seasonally. (November=March) Guests needs to provide their own fire starter.
The studio comes equipped with a 50" Vizio tv with a Firestick. We do not offer cable TV.

Entire home and onsite amenities. Two car maximum in the parking lot directly in front of the building. Easy (free) shuttle access to the mountain or around town.
You can reach me via email, text or phone during your stay if you require assistance. My cleaning company is also available for any questions.
Nice clean neighborhood. Very close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
No need to drive once you arrive. The free shuttle system will take you anywhere you want to go.
