Perfect Family & Dog Friendly 2 Story Condo, Sleeps 8+, 1 Mile To Village, #66

Fun family-style casual and cozy condo. Great location and a mile from the Village and a mile from Eagle Lodge. Outdoor community pool, jacuzzi & sauna as well as BBQ's, ping pong table, cornhole & a tennis/pickleball & half court basketball court. It’s been in the family for 40 years and we are just now starting to rent it out. Some upgrades so far - new appliances & hardwood flooring downstairs and more to come. The old school massage chair is a perfect way to relax after a fun outdoor day.

All original artwork & sculptures from the 30's through the 70’s was created by my grandfather who was one of the original cartoonist at MGM and hired by Walt Disney himself.

The property was clean, spacious, and had lots of interesting sketches and artwork to enjoy. It’s centrally located and in walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Would recommend!

The host Robert is very thoughtful. The condo has enough beds for 7 people. There are spare clothes and blankets if you need to borrow. The location of the condo is convenient. Will come again during winter season.

Wonderful location with an inspiring family history!We absolutely loved learning about the remarkable accomplishments of the owner's grandfather — such an incredible legacy. The “community closet” was a thoughtful touch; while we didn’t end up using anything, we did leave something behind for future guests to enjoy. The condo is in in nice location, and has plenty of sleeping space. The pool, a ping-pong table, and corn-hole set up is just across the parking lot. A new play ground is a short walk through the woods. And, of course, there is plenty of things to do in the Mammoth area.

Stayed in condo for a three day ski weekend. I was very happy with the unit. Two master bedrooms plus a loft with 4 single bens. Worked out great for just two of us. Location is close to grocery and restaurants. I will definitely book there again.

Great Stay & Convenient Location

The home was nice and cozy, with tons of beds and space to spread out. The home was conveniently located to both Canyon & Eagle lodge for a quick drive to go to the mountain and enjoy all that good powder this Feb! Additionally, the owner was on top of everything as soon as we booked the place and was always available for any inquiry we had, he was also very warm to speak to and genuinely cared about our experience during our stay. Highly recommend!

Cozy mountain cottage feel/vibes

In a slew of rentals I’ve stayed at, Rob’s cabin/condo was comfortable, and felt like a true home rather than a rental. Rob was super responsive and friendly with requests. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook in which we did each night as we had a group of 5 adults and two kids. The place would sleep at least 8-10 people comfortably. Liked that both bathrooms were not attached to bedrooms so able to use by all. Beds were comfortable.

Fantastic, cozy stay!

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a place that feels properly home-y and lived in, rather than a more sterile "made for STR" property. Loved all the great touches throughout the condo, and it's clear that a lot of love and history when into the place! Rob was extremely communicative and warm, and gave great instructions and recommendations throughout. Had plenty of space for our group of 8 friends and dogs, and a great base to ski at Mammoth with a shuttle stop right outside.

Manager/owner is very helpful when we had date change. Excellent condition, location, neighborhood

Robert was very helpful and quick response on our date changes. He also offered restaurant for my birthday celebration. He also provided very helpful details of the property. The location is very good and the neighborhood is good too. We will definitely come back this property if we go back Mammoth Lakes later this year. Property is in excellent condition.
