🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One assigned underground parking space (#2) is included. One additional vehicle may park in any unnumbered underground space on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Interior stairs are required within the home.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Crestview HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Amenities include a hot tub, sauna, game room with pool table, and community laundry facilities.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes STR Registration C-PAN #15810.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
