Worked for 8 guys on a fishing trip
This was our 29th annual fishing trip in Mammoth. When you have 8-10 guys that all want to have separate beds, it can be a little difficult finding a place. This unit worked well for us and we would stay here again. Unfortunately, this condo, like so many, needs a lot of updating and newer beds and furniture.

Most awesome condo for a party of 10
Would highly recommend this condo for a big party (10) it has enough space for everyone and a nice balcony to hang out on. Kitchen is a bit small but not a deal breaker, beds are super comfy especially in the master bedroom up stairs. overall I've always enjoyed renting out this apartment, and would come back! And another plus it's next to everything Vons, lifts, bars, etc. ( you won't be disappointed on location)

A great place for a great price
Our group had so much fun at this place! it has the ideal bedroom layout for a group as well as being top tier clean. It had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and very spacious common spaces to hang out in. Would definitely come back next year to be able to use the hot tub! Overall, our group was blown away by the quality and quantity of condo for the price!! Checkout and check in were also the easiest processes ever and the location being so close to Vons was ideal! Not to mention the very short commute to the mountain. 10/10

No air conditioner
If you are traveling in the summer you need to be aware this unit does NOT have air conditioning. It does cool down at night with the windows open but you also get a thick layer of pine pollen(we were told) all over everything in the house, including your sinuses. House was in a good location and generally clean except the carpets are nasty. They really need to be cleaned or replaced. It really takes away from the appeal of this condo.

Nice size for a group but, dirty carpet stairways and in rooms, dirty socks and trash in lower rooms, windows that can not be opened for air, Coffee maker with 3 weeks old coffee form a fungus in the maker still there and a toaster that one had to hold the bread down in to work. No storage space for food other than the fridge. Would never recommend this place to others ever

Not Staying Here Again
I will just list the positives and negatives. Positives: conveniently located near trolly stop #6, easy to find location, walking distance to Vons, facilities management was helpful.Negatives: found a dead mouse in one of the rooms, light fixture above kitchen sink broken, window fixtures in the room were broken, sliding glass door curtain did not move, vent fan in master bathroom was broken, the room with 2 bunk beds smelled like cigarettes smoke even though it is suppose to be a non-smoking condo.My stay overall was livable but I wouldn't stay here again.

Mammoth Annual Ski Trip
For the $1600 we spent for 3 nights I expected the place to be half way nice. I was wrong The condo was in need on maintenance, run down and in dire need of being renovated. Living room curtains were partially hanging off curtain rod. Living room sliding glass door had to be muscled to be opened. Only two pieces of dry wood left inside-all other wood was on porch wet and buried in snow. Electrical outlet in living room had to be wiggled just right so TV would work. The power strip connected to the outlet with all multiple things plugged into it looked like an electrical fire waiting to happen. Pair of someone's underwear and a sock found under bed in downstairs' bedroom. Bedroom sheets looked like they had not been changed in downstairs' bedroom. DVD remote did not work. Overall the place was gross. I've stated in much nicer condos for a lot less money.

Great sleeping space for 12 but furniture was uncomfortable
Rental agency was very helpful in getting us a 3rd parking pass for our large group. Sleeping space was great for three families with lots of kids. Living room and dining room furniture were horribly uncomfortable. Living room seating not sufficient for a group of 12, and many of the pieces are decorative rather than functional. Sofa and chair had no back support. We had two sets of grandparents, and some in our party with bad backs who were not able to get comfortable in any of the units seating. Dining room chairs are more decorative than comfortable consisting of padded fabric slings over a wooden branch frame. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Unit is close to an attractive pool/spa area with two propane BBQs. Very close to shopping/restaurants. Also be wary of rates when you book. Rates as displayed on VRBO and HomeAway are misleading and daily rate was significantly higher through their actual booking site.

Good value for 10 fishing buddies.
A group of us have stayed here twice both times were good. Wish I could say the same for the fishing. A couple issues this time, the sinks in the upper bathroom had real low water pressure but the shower was great. Also the heater up stairs in the main room didn't work, no big deal just lit a fire. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Bears in the parking lot at night add to the entertainment.

Large/New Condo
The place easily fit our party of 12.Pros-Large common areas-Ample bedding-New Carpet-Very Clean-Very nice woodburning fireplace-Great Proximity to shops/mountainCons-WiFi not configured. Unplugged upon arrival. Did not work entire trip. We had to piggy back off another condo's Wifi-TV was unplugged. We had to configure it ourselves-Carpet rolls were left out-Tight squeeze in kitchen-Kitchen is on 2nd floor instead of 1st which seemed a bit odd to meI would definitely be back, but it would be nice if management made sure that the electronics in the condo were working before a new guest arrived.

Property condition great. Not satisfied with the increase of price since previous years. I paid in the $1400 range (one week in Aug.) last year. This year...the price went up to the $1900 range (not including fees/taxes). I will have to consider other vacation locations next year due to such an increase in price.

Great for fishing group
Worked out great for 12 guys on a fishing quest. The condo was close to the pool and BBQ. Good location, quiet and clean. No complaints will probably do it again next year.
