This light and bright, upgraded 1 bedroom corner condo offers a larger floorplan with 761 sq ft of living space, at the Summit in the Bradley building, Mammoth Lakes. Conveniently located walking distance to the Eagle Lodge lifts and not far from the center of town with groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping, this is a great spot with lots of amenities perfect for your mountain retreat. The main space is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen and corner private balcony with additional windows allowing lots of natural light. The living room offers a flatscreen TV with Cable access, a sleeper sofa couch for additional sleeping, or cozy around the pellet stove on those Winter nights. The balcony features a BBQ grill, and dining area offers seating for up to 6, with additional bar seating for 3, and storage in the entry area to store all of your adventuring gear. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinets, and all appliances and amenities to prepare family meals. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, TV and adjacent is the full bathroom with tub/shower combo and separate vanity. Just across the street are the golf course and town bike path and you are 0.3 miles from Eagle Lodge, putting Mammoth’s outdoor lifestyle—skiing, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing—right outside your front door! (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) The complex offers fantastic amenities including underground parking (clearance 7'0"), two pools, jacuzzis, a gym, laundry facilities, and a sports court with tennis, pickleball, and basketball. Located in the Bradley building, an elevator from the garage is conveniently located near the unit's front door making entry hassle-free. You can enjoy the convenience of a designated parking space in the underground parking, so no shoveling required, and a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The unit is not pet friendly, and is non smoking, and is on the first floor, with one level inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Great location, easy walk to Eagle Lift. Big/roomy place and stocked kitchen. The only minor issue was at arrival finding the designated parking spot. It’s not in the garage directly under the building, it is one turn up. Easily accessible to the Bradley building but a little confusing if you don’t know it at first. The rental folks were very helpful and got us pointed in the right direction when we were having trouble finding the parking spot. Absolutely would stay again, hot tub after long day on the slopes was wonderful!
Overall the experience was great. There are plenty of amenities provided for 4 guests to sleep and utilize the pool/spa. The location is about .4 miles from eagle Lodge, but there is also a shuttle stop across the street for ski transportation. To get from the parking to the residence is a bit of a walk through many doors and staircases, so getting gear and luggage is a bit cumbersome. Parking instructions could be a bit more clear as the Bradley building is split in to 2 buildings, and the parking spot is in the detached garage. It should also be noted that the garbage dumpster is in the parking garage directly below the residence.

Condo was clean, big, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, 6 min walk to lifts. The only issue is you have to park in a different garage so you can't use the elevator. When I called for help finding the other garage they told me to read the instructions they sent me. But the instructions didn't say anything about not parking in the Bradley building. Hopefully they will read this and fix that problem for future guests.

The picture for "the Summit" is from a different location.The Level of the apartment is misleading.There are 2 stairs to climb to that level.The lift from garage to apartment level is in a different building so no use for it.The parking spot was occupied for 2 days by a different car.
