Conveniently located on the Ski-Back Trail at Mammoth Mountain, you can ski/bike right to your back door (conditions permitting). Short walk/drive to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle.
This unit offers free on-site parking for 2 cars (1 garage, 1 outdoor), Wi-Fi, and access to HOA jacuzzis and pool (seasonal).

About the Space: This condo is a south-facing, corner unit with views. The space has a cabinesque feel, decorated with mountain décor. It offers a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, and updated luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal. There is a dining room table with bar seating. The living room has comfortable couches and a gas burning fireplace. Off the dining room is a private covered porch, with serene forest and mountain views.
This condo is a 1 + loft floorplan, with two full bathrooms, perfectly equipped for sleeping six people. The master bedroom is on the top floor and offers a queen-sized bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The second room is located upstairs in the loft, offering a queen-sized bed and single over single bunk beds. The loft bedroom has hallway access to the master bathroom upstairs. The second full bathroom is located downstairs off the main living area with a tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.
Guest access: You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club. There is in-building coin-op laundry, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 1 pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis courts (seasonal, bring your own racquets!), horseshoes, and game room.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There is one assigned garage space permitted, and one outdoor parking space permitted in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
While this property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge, it sits atop a steep hill - the walk/drive is steep and during winter months may be slippery. During winter months, 4WD and/or chains/snow tires may be necessary.
**Important: this property is ski-in, not ski-out. Access to the ski-back trail is seasonal and depends on the amount of snow Mammoth has received during the ski season. Please check Mammoth Mountain's website for Canyon Lodge operation dates.

This was a nice property to stay at and I would stay again if going back to Mammoth. The location was close to everything we did. There was ample parking with one spot in the garage and overflow around the property. The unit is an end unit that overlooks the pool which was nice to keep an eye on the kids from a distance. We brought two dogs which were welcomed by the owner. The property is definitely dog friendly. The owner was quickly responsive to my questions prior to booking. There was a bottle of wine left for us which I thought was a nice touch. My only draw backs which are not likely something the owner can control were the following: the shower heads are sized for short people (I'm 5'5" and had to slouch a bit to get under the water); the toilets were a bit scary when you flushed because you'd cross your fingers they would flush fully and not over flow; the heat at night was brutal without a/c or more air flow; finally, there is not ample trash and recycling receptacles in my opinion to accommodate what our family of five put out in addition to the rest of the complex. These were more minor issues, however, compared to the overall pleasant experience.
We stayed here the week just before memorial day weekend. Very clean, cozy and well equipped.
The one downside is the bottom floor toilet often keeps running when you flush it and wastes a lot of water.
Excellent location, easy to access and property management was very responsive when we had questions. The overall place was a perfect size for our family of 5, cozy and quaint. The only negative was the carpet was a bit dirty with notable dog hair. But we were aware when we booked the place that it was a dog friendly location. The place worked for everything we needed, just a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us much.
We were not planning on staying here originally, but after we were cancelled on last minute by another property, found this as the least expensive alternative. The cost increase was well worth it! This place comfortably sleeps 4-6 people and has amazing views out of almost every window! The ski back trail for ski in/ ski out using the village gondola is a 100ft hike from your door. The owner is very friendly; highly recommend and will be staying here again!
We enjoyed staying at this property. However, the wifi stopped working on Sunday afternoon. Our daughter had to work, and this issue really caused problems for her. We ended up calling the management, and they gave us a password from another property.. Also, the property needs to be cleaner. There was a lot of dust.
