We come to Mammoth multiple times throughout the year during different seasons taking advantage of all the activities. We have always stayed at the Village, mostly due to convenience of restaurants and gondola. However this trip we had 3 generations and need a larger place that still offered convenience for the grandkids to get to mountain without us driving a car. The owners have made it incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The furniture is wonderful, cozy, and there is plenty of seating to relax and take in the amazing windows overlooking the mountain and ski resort.Every bed was very comfortable, and we loved that there was a TV in every room. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every imaginable item needed to cook great meals. Probably only downside is I think they need a new dishwasher. We did have to rewash some dishes that had been put away from previous renters and after we had issues with dishwasher, then we knew why LOL. The top floor was a hit with our special needs grand daughter. She called it the "princess tower" and she claimed that room hers. It was more like a game room, with 2 guitars to play some online thing and drum set, along with other fun things for her to enjoy. Up there was also a twin size bed and lounger. Like I said it was the ultimate spot for her to get away, which also gave all of us a moment of peace. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to bring her service dog. Overall, this place was 10/10

Convenient location with space.

Very spacious for 2 families. More than enough space with view and convenient <3 minute trek through walkable access trails adjacent to Gondola and Canyon lodge without having to go to main entrance of Canyon lodge.
