Location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and “park and ride” for your snowboarding or skiing activities. Everything was great, as it was described in the listing; the parking pass wasn’t available (I guess the previous guest forgot to leave it), called the owner and he responded immediately. Would definitely stay there again, thank you
Liked just about everything about our stay it was definitely a fabulous location and very clean and comfortable and worked well for our child with special needs and for that we are grateful. There are only a few touches it could use: better lighting in general especially in the bedroom, a little bit more furniture in the living room and just some basic toiletries like a bar of soap for the shower and shampoo. Other than that it was superb and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. The Brahinskys
Clean unit and convenient location to restaurants and activities. Kitchen had necessities like cooking spray, salt and pepper which was nice. Hot tub was right outside the unit which was nice for post mountain relaxation.
Good location. Bathroom dated, shower head poor, single ply Russian covid era toilet paper, lighting in rooms low wattage, more for economy than function. Heating good. Parking easy. Sauna good, jacuzzi not hot. Okay spot if you just want a crash pad to explore Mammoth from.
We didn't get to stay! We had a medical situation that prevented us coming. Our host Ryan was quite delightful. He responded within minutes to my messages, answering my concerns about not being able to come. We'll rebook in the future because of the host. Thanks Ryan.
We stayed here Feb 20-25. There was a severe storm that made it a pain to drive around town. This location is fantastic. The free shuttle stop is right around the corner and there’s plenty of food options within walking distance which really helped during the blizzards.
Alan is the best owner I’ve ever rented from. He had a problem prior to our arrival. He called me and informed me about it and had it fixed prior to our arrival. Mammoth was snowed in and all roads out were closed on the day we were supposed to leave. Alan went out of his way to make things comfortable for us and allowed us another night. I would highly recommend this place.

Not All Experiences Are Great
We came back to Sierra because of the great experience we had back in April in a different unit close by. I do want to point out that I booked this trip a day before, so this could be why the room wasn't clean as a place for rent should be. Yes, there was a telephone number provided for emergencies. None of these issues were life threatening for us to bother the owners or to have them bother us by fixing something during our vacation time.
The shower was clogged. The water wouldn't go down while showering, and once the water went down, it spit up dirt. The clear shower curtin was slimy, that normally means a new one is needed.
The bed, our #1 issue. This bedroom has a "MOTEL" vibe to it. We couldn't believe the bedding. It was old, dirty, & ripped! It was disgusting. We noticed brown spots on the sheets. We can't sleep like that, so rather than complaining to the owners, because again, we didn't pay for someone to work on our room while vacationing, we decided to wash the bedding ourselves. No big deal.... My God! The mattress top is visibly somewhat yellow, teared and very old. We removed it and the mattress too is very old & has yellow stains ALL OVER!! How can you as property owners do this? There is no way someone can justify this! The owners can say, "they never called us to let us know the issues", but the fact is, there should be no issues like these. That bath tub should not be clogged and that bed should be burned to the ground. Never using this unit again.
Spent a week here for a work trip at the courthouse in Mammoth last week of November with my two dogs. The location is great and plenty of spots to let the dogs out to. Parking is literally right in front of the door, easy-to-use keypad on door. I did not sleep well in the bed at all. The bedding is very old and frayed in spots, pillows terrible, and the headboard bangs against the wall anytime you move. If I didn't bring my electric blanket I would've been cold sleeping there. Also, I did not feel complete privacy from the gap in the blinds. The shower floor is slippery and the water spout is so high the water barely hits you, took a while to wash my long hair. There is no recliner, it was a weird wooden chair. Wifi was super spotty but it was windy, I used my hotspot mostly. Kitchen not well stocked but can do the minimum. Overall, I felt it was overpriced, but it was a good place to stay for the location and dogs, and the owner was very communicative which I appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had everything we needed. The condo was well kept. We were really pleased that we could have our dogs. People live there so there were people getting up early for work but all in all not a bother
Nice location in town and was great to bring the dogs. Lots of walkable trails nearby. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna and the condo is comfortable and has strong WiFi, which was key since we had to work in the mornings, skied in afternoons. Excellent restaurant across the street, Bleu and quick drive to Mammoth Mountain.
Property was as advertised, good condition. Although the kitchen was not as well supplied with cookware as many properties I have stayed at in the past, it was functional and they supplied some free coffee and filters which is always a plus. Owner was highly responsive when contacted about a small problem and was able to resolve the issue immediately.
This place is comfortable, clean, and good value for the cost. It is centrally locate. We love the awesome pellet stove; it kept the place nice and cozy. Ryan responded timely with my inquiries.
Wonderful condo. Very clean with everything we needed. Love the decor and art on the walls. Ryan responded to my questions within an hour. Only one teeny tiny negative is the shower head. I know water conservation is important but I spent more time trying to get wet and rinse the shampoo out of my hair than I normally would have Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
This place had everything my group needed. A place to crash, a kitchen to cook, and most importantly access to a hot tub and dry sauna which is a leg saver after 3 days of 6 hour ski sessions
