"Love that garden"

"We had a suite with jacuzzi bath which was a great addition to the bathroom. Parts of the suite looked a bit run-down, for example the mirror with lots of marks/dents/rust on, but this didn’t hugely affect our overall impression. One of the staff members we interacted with was lovely, helpful an enthusiastic. This is a definitely a nice place to stay in Rotarua and convenient for local attractions if you have a car "

"Hotel old and dirty. Discourteous overweight rude reception guy. No coffee left in room. Requested a room with a view. didn’t get it. A/C very noisy. We were booked in for 2 nights but one was more than enough. "

"We had a great stay at Pullman. The room was very spacious, the location is perfect, and the overall value for the price is excellent. The AC was amazing, super strong and kept the room very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There is valet parking available at the hotel for an extra cost, but we didn’t need it since there was street parking available. It’s free from 6pm to 9am, and also free during the day with a time limit of 1–3 hours. Would happily stay here again."

"The unit were clean, in good condition, and the beds were comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick. We would stay here again."

"it was a lovely, clean and a central location. only stayed one night but would have loved to use the thermal pools also. the bbq can use some help but the kitchens and bathrooms were in a immaculate state. really loved our stay"
