" Our stay at Ocean Z could not have been better. We are seasoned travelers who spend a great deal of time in hotels. We prefer small to large. Quiet to noisy. Comfortable to busy. Vanessa greeted us to Ocean Z and we knew immediately that this place was different. Kind. Friendly. Gracious. Caring. Ocean Z features 12 suites. The rooms and the grounds are exceptionally clean. Many others. So many great people. The restaurant is simply magnificent. The location is somewhat isolated from the bustle of Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. There is an excellent walking area across the street from the hotel and taxi service is reliable and reasonable. Many thanks for a memorable week at a place we promise to visit again. Daniel, our contact for the property, was fantastic, responsive and went above and beyond when our flights were canceled to try to find us accommodations and extend our stay.The property itself was spotless, beds were comfortable, temperature was perfect and the pool, outdoor seating and living areas were ideal for our group of seven. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy car or taxi ride to restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend."

"Excellent location. The house has a lot of space for the 12 of us. Enjoyed the backyard with the pool and sitting area. Watched the beautiful sunsets from the front sitting area. Across the street was a shipwreck that you can swim to and snorkel. Walking distance to the Ritz and beaches. Vicky is amazing and gave us some places to eat and beaches to go to. Very responsive when we had questions. Would book this house again in the future. "
