"Tucked away at the back of the house the glamping pod has everything you need, the owner is friendly and helpful and there if you need anything. The pod is well equipped and spotless. We loved our stay there and would recommend. "

"Great 19th century Scottish inn next to the water with a lighthouse view. Excellent food, a cozy bar, and conveniently located within 60-90 minutes from all points of the island"

"This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. Very well run by a lovely couple we enjoyed our stay. Take dinner here - it’s very good value and enjoyable."

"The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our ground floor rooms was next to the car park which was a little disconcerting, but not noisy, so that was a relief. Another ground floor room looked onto an alley, but was clean and comfortable. Overall we would probably use this hotel again. We enjoyed exploring Fort William and Neptune's Staircase and saw wonderful scenery. We were traveling by train (no car) so were limited as to where we could get to on the bus and by walking. The hotel is a fairly short walk from the train station just outside Fort William town center."
"Pulling up and parking at the property was probably a good indication of what to expect. It was very untidy in this area. Reception was good but our room was not what I expected. It was very disappointing and I made this known to the Manager at Reception. He advised this was the room that I booked but I would not have booked a room like this. It was shabby but he had nothing else"
"Hotel was clean, functional and only a short drive from Fort William. Food was good and parking easy.
Only downside was that it is very isolated once you are there."
"The hotel was in a lovely location overlooking the water with a free parking lot at the side and back of the hotel. Check-in was seamless; however, the person who attended to us at check-in, seemed preoccupied and didn’t make an effort to welcome us nor explain everything to us when we arrived. The room that we had booked was as advertised with a king bed and an unobstructed view of the water. However, the room was underwhelming in the sense that it had no dresser for clothes nor side tables on each side of the bed. The room had ample room for these items. The room also was not decorated on the walls. These touches would enhance the room and provide more convenience for customers. There were parts of the room that were also not dusted and the carpets were stained. The bed was extremely comfortable with fresh linens that were very clean. The highlight of this hotel was the lounge area with a bar as well as the dining area with views of the ocean. The breakfast was outstanding and the service in the dining room and lounge was very good. Aside from the state of the room, we enjoyed our time at this hotel and would return. However for the quality I would say that the rates are a bit overpriced."
"I really liked this hotel. I was travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable. Really nice breakfast, parking was convenient. The best bit were the staff, I had a huge backpack, they saw me coming and opened a different door so I didn’t have to struggle through the rotating door. Really friendly and kind, answered my questions. Would book again."
