"Clean rooms Sleep friendly Great staff A bit crowded area "

"Just a wonderful property and amazing staff. We had a great time and blessed to have had this experience."

"The property was nice and we have enjoyed our stay."

"THey gave us a room behind the garbage area which was having bad smell. Also, when we called to staff there was no response so everytime we had to go personally for any issue."

"Property is at very Posh location just 200m from nainital bus stand , with a great lake view from deluxe rooms, helpful staffs provided early checkin without any fuss. Cons : there is a steep incline road to reach the hotel , may cause some issue to elderly or childerns. Overall great experience would recommend everyone."

"Room was smelling bad, bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Staff were so rude. "

"Excellent heritage property surrounded by lush green trees with beautiful mountains in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast offered good variety, and the local dinner dishes were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the market."

"The hotel charges sky high rates… I paid 12K per room night in a place like Nainital… in exchange of terrible food, unresponsive room service. The hotel relies only on it’s heritage status and nothing else. Would never recommend it to anyone."

"There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available."

"Good healthy food, kind hearted and very helpful staff! If im ever in Nainital again i will stsy here"

"It was just a horrible experience on arrival at the property not recommend at all, very bad smell at property and rooms were not clean"

"Very bad approach to the hotel. Food was very bad and room/ bathroom was very unhygienic. Highly disappointed. Will never recommend to anyone."

"Comfortable stay. The food was great and freshly served. Nice view from the property. Easy to reach. The staff was polite and good."

"Great accommodation, staff was attentive. Only issue was that they did not accept non-Indian credit card so I had to pay cash at checkout."
