"The staff is not proficiently trained to work in a hotel. They lack simple professionalism and knowledge of English . They were however very polite and nice. The WiFi does not work. The water in the shower was cold. The free shuttle is there but the men outside were just acting unprofessionally . The building is beautiful, great views of the lake but it’s difficult to get here. You’ll need a driver that’s experienced in hilly terrain driving. The breakfast is great. The chef was amazing....
